IBTL and sad to see someone go because of an aspect of a game. If I had quit due to loosing a ship I would have quit um 30 ships ago

I've lost 13 cruisers, 57 frigates and 32 pods (GHASP!) in my barely 2 months stay in EVE, losing roughly aobut 300+ mil isk in the process.
Have I quit? Far from it ;) -

I like to think of piracy as the filter in EVE that keeps nooblets away.
Conclusion: We are Noob Filters

How can you afford all of that when you are only two months old?
Worse than me, although I lose most of my ships to NPC rats than player pirates. ___________________

Have two friends tossing me said money and ships from time to time. :P I think they're getting annoyed with the fact that I keep dying. I cant help it when my ship pops, it lags while loading my pod, and so I get podded as well. -

You will experience the same thing in any other MMORPG, unless they are completely carebear based, such as WoW or EQ. You can either defend yourself against them, avoid them, hire others to protect you, or simply don't leave high sec. All these methods are viable. If you are quitting when there's so many ways to counter piracy (I would know, i'm a pirate myself), then you need to seriously understand that most MMORPGs are not for you. --- Looking for a PvP/manufacturing corp that will accept newbs? I've got no corp, no friends to give me money, no ships all I want to do is kill some npc pirates and have some fun but ofcourse it isnt a space sim without someone blowing up my new battle cruiser for no reason other than to **** me off.

Seriously just try to chat a bit in rookie channel or local you might get some friends and get along to play. Also try to avoid the 0.4 and under space. Until you want some PvP action

BCs might drop good loot.
You really should stay away from lowsec if you can't stand losing ships.

Free stuff from oldbies for the win. Another good reason for getting into a player corp early. ___________________

Quitting threads are not permitted in Eve General Discussion at the moment as they generally constitute flamebait and do not lead to constructive discussion.
