The example in dev blog for station is very nice and comperhensible but what for POSes?
Will pos manufacturing slots have same costs as starbases? That would make manufacturing in POS irrelevant. Will pos manufacturing slots be free beacause i fuel it? That would make on the other hand manufacturing in POS imba imho. Will there be some slot limit in pos? Prolly not as stated in dev blog.
Nothing which i was able to find in dev blogs made sense for manufacturing in POS. Have anyone idea what is meant for POSes in this planned industry change? |

As regards POSes CCP don't really seem to know what they are doing. They are canvassing us for ideas so if you have any good ones go to the relevant industry dev blog/s and let them know what you think. |

I actually have not much of idea how to ballance it. Outposts have no fixed costs and manufacturing costs scale with filling of global job hours.
Imho fully utilized pos (whole PG filled with manufacturing modules) should be able to compete with nullsec outposts. Maybe 0 job installation cost for pos is not that bad idea. |

Hey, will teams be where I work with other players, right?
Can I anchor starbases anywhere? I want to anchor a starbase at the sun.
Gee I wonder what the next expansion will be about. Do you know? |

It's hardly a bad attitude to call out the fact that people are trying to discuss things that they didn't even read. It's pretty clear some facts were just skimmed, and the rest were ignored. |

I thought the whole idea of the Forum was to ask questions and be enlightened by other players that have the experience and knowledge to pass on.
Anyone can read a long document but will probably not understand all of it, so forums are a great place to find out more details.

Nothing which i was able to find in dev blogs made sense for manufacturing in POS. Have anyone idea what is meant for POSes in this planned industry change? As far as I know, POS arrays will not have set numbers of slots, will have a cost (the same as the system cost in NPC stations) and will still require fuel/charters. The part that makes them better is that they will have material and time efficiency improvements. It will be up to you to figure out if the improvements at your scale of industry will increase your margins, and thus be of any use. The Indecisive Noob - A new EVE Fan Blog for news and stuff. Ok, so why the need to reply? Are you so angry that someone could have done these horrible things that you need to ensure they see the error of this ways to right their wrongs for the good of global society? Or is it that you are an environmentalist so concerned about global warming that you feel it is your duty to ensure no one wastes precious electrons on bad posts to save coastal communities from doom?
I mean it has to be that because you clearly aren't adding anything of value here.
To the OP, yeah I'm not sure either. I does seem like there will be some balancing issues coming in he future. I would hold off on pos manufacturing until things settle down to see where the benefits shake out. GÇ£Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain - and most fools do. GÇ¥ - Dale Carnegie
