Golden helmet gets my vote, for orbiting me in an ibis screaming "1mil or your ship" while wrecking for 0.9 damage with his evil civilian railgun.
+500 points for screaming "STAAAAAAAAAAAAABZ" when I warped off after laughing my ass off  Man that was a fun night of hunting! 
Seriously, though... Shamis Orzoz, Griffinator, Verone, and Lyticus would have to be my picks.

...Lyticus was cool in my books till he warped to my POS and blew up. He then cried like a girl for 10mins which kinda spoiled it for me ..complaining he was really gonna help my alts plea for help and assist scooping his loot lol. Yes, and I mine veld in jita at the weekends

My favourite pirate is a guy who was getting his Omen ransomed in a belt, he was then saved by Tiki Rar in a Zealot and decided it would then be a good idea to scramble Tiki and ransom him. After his Omen blew up he revealed he didn't actually know what a HAC was

After some thought I'd say any pirate that doesn't take himself to seriously. Veto and Sniggs usually fit that role and some of the guys in Pirate Coalition too.
A pirate that names his ship "VETO SUCKS HAHA NUBS" is the true opposite.
