I've found that female corpses tend to go for slightly more ISK than male ones. A female corpse will typically fetch anywhere up to 1.5m (depending on location), a male one will rarely go above 1m. This is due to EVE being a sausage-fest, and more players choosing to create male chars.
I have 2 containers which I use to store my corpses, one for male, one for female (got to keep those crazy lovebirds seperated!) and my male container has roughly twice the corpses of the female one due to this.
I hope that more people will choose to create female chars in the future, there's nothing wrong with it, and it's fun to make hot-looking women in video games. My lord. |

My character has small boobies. Apparently this means I am a legit female. Now accepting ISK donations... |

just a crack at the fact that this topic literally comes up about every 6-8 weeks.

My character is not a reflection of myself. It's just a figurine I put on a board to play the game with. Age, race, gender, occupation, personality, none of these have any meaning on gauging my real self. Sovereignty and Population New Mining Mechanics |

Amarr as a race sounded very arrogant, elitist and generally like complete d**ks, which is why I chose them
On a side note, I often wonder what the ratio of males to females is on here... 95% male? Maybe we need to run a demographic study... Would be interesting to see who, what, why and where |

This is one of those "all answers are right" questions and depends on the person playing the game.
Personally, I have always played female characters. I've always enjoyed the thought of strong female leads. Nakami is the same name I give all my female characters in games that give you the choice of gender and name. She is an extension of my feminine self.
At one point in my life I had considered doing drag (although I never actually did) and Nakami Saans was going to be my drag name. I chose Nakami because it is Japanese for "Inner Beauty" and Saans was going to come from my drag mother. The name has just stuck over the years. Most of my usernames for gaming purposes is Saans Shadow. For all intents and purposes, Nakami Saans is a special part of me that I will always cherish.
I think it's healthy to be able to play out a part of your personality that you may otherwise ignore in the real world. I'll never be ashamed of being Nakami. I was actually thinking back on my time in a nullsec corp the other day and kind of missed being called Nakami over comms
But like I said, all answers are correct, in my opinion, on this matter. Rainbow Worrior of EVE...well...maybe worrior is too strong a word.-á I like to site see ^.^ Would like to make connections with other LGBT players, possibly a corp Please help me with my Philosophy Final! |

I've seen it come up so many times elsewhere that I almost don't notice it any more. Occasionally I get a surprise. It's just the internet.

Characters I actually play are usually male. Characters I use for market trading, research, etc are usually female. If all I'm doing is mundane tasks, I might aswell have something nice to look at(and it is the only time I have WIS active). CCP's Motto: If it isn't broken, break it. If it is broken, ignore it. I cringe every time I'm on coms with a dude who rolled a female toon. Calling an obviously 250 pounds black bouncer, with the voice to match (think Ving Rhames) , Stephanie with a straight face is just to much for me to handle.
I'm sorry. |

I'm sorry. You can call him Stephen or Stefan. If he's good enough to have in a fleet then my humble opinion is it doesn't matter what he rolled. Of course it could help if both of you can get some mutual laughs out of it beforehand.. |
