Is it possible to use more than one memory implants simultaneously? and what is the highest number for memory (I'm currently at 24 with my implant)? |

No, you can only use one implant per stat. The highest value realistically achievable is 32, with a mapping that puts the maximum value into the stat and a +5 implant. |

The highest permanent attribute possible is 28 + 5 implants = 33, but this is no longer possible to obtain.
One can temporarily increase their attributes with a Cerebral Accelerator booster, but it only works on young accounts.
For the rest of us, the max is 32 & 26, which yields 2700 skill points per hour. [I personally consider 2000 SP/hour or higher to be decent, and lower should be avoided when possible.]
The Math: (32 primary + 26 secondary / 2) * 60 = 2700 SP/hour

24 is a solid number for any primary stat, realistically you probably won't want any of your stats to be much higher unless your intention is to go straight science and industry for at least a year until your neural remap becomes available again.
There is no particular reason to set any one stat ahead of any of the others, Memory will not necessarily make you train faster. This is particularly true for newer players when you have a good number of core skills to get under your belt. Intelligence will help with training your ship's tank/capacitor for example but will not help at all for training ships/weapons. Additionally Memory is often a secondary attribute when training which means each point provides half as much benefit as points invested into the primary stat. Intelligence and Perception will be more valuable to you especially early on. Drones are about the only thing that benefit a lot from Memory IIRC (been a long time for me).
The one exception is Charisma which is needed primarily for Corporation Management, Social and Leadership skills and so setting Charisma low will not hurt you in most cases. The first on that list is only useful if you are running a massive corporation, the second helps optimize your income from missions (probably some value in getting some of these trained to level 3 early on) and the last will not be needed until much much later, as in by the time you need it (if you do) you will know enough to know when to train it as Leadership skills are are only used for gang links, Command ships and Carriers, none of which would be a good idea to rush into, if in fact you ever train into this category at all.
Again though if you are intending to be a straight industrialist a putting heavy weight into your intelligence/memory stats would be a good move. |

Thank you all for suggestions. It seems to be I've made a right decision about neural remap. I've read somewhere that charisma is not so important for a miner or an industrialist, so I was luckily decreased my charisma before this post and Valleria is also pointed out that information. |

You're definitely want to look into Eve-mon, which is useful for planning out your training and can also help you optimize your stats. |
