I hate to be the one to tell you, not even EVE space exists. Really. But, if your question means the non-existent existence of an existence...no, Jove space doesn't actually exist either. THEREFORE...right, you can't access it.

In 2009 i was messing around with the f10 star map and found the My Available Agents filter. There were three agents available in Jove space, i tried to set destination to them but got the notification that was impossible. So i set course for an Angels agent out east instead and got destroyed at the first gate camp past B-VIP. Should have tried the pilots in space filter. Agents no longer available in Jove space, will always be a mystery to me.

When eve came out, many of the Jovian assets were made, you've seen some of them such as the limited edition ships that have been released along with the odd mission NPC using one of their models.
There's actually quite a few jove ships (although the models are very, very old now), my personal favourite was always their industrial, the Visitant:
http://pozniak.pl/wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Jove-Visitant.jpg
At one point, some of the jove-space stations got updated and given unique models, you can see one in the background of this random screenshot:
http://izlin.free.fr/eve/ships/faction/phantom.jpg (Screenshot is of one of the cruisers, the Phantom)
But a few patches after they added the ability to remote-camera view ships and view models via show info, all the stationsi n Jove space got swapped to generic models, so it's not possible to view them anymore.
A very long time ago, some players got smart, using a little cheat to set their clone location to jove space and flew around, as above, the gates and stations worked, but there was no belts, nothing on the markets etc. |

The odds on favourite is that Jove space will be the new space that the null sec cartel controlled stargates will lead to, which are 12-30 months away. You will have access to it then, if you are one of the lucky ones, or a sycophant of the right people.
Frankly, I hope that NPC's come pouring out of them in supercap class ships and obliterate entire regions of cartel space, and the cartels will actually have to defend their space, since these NPC's would not sign non-aggression pacts. Most people viewed Orwell's writings as a warning. The harper regime and the goons treat them as a guidebook. |

Not anymore, the Yule Lads got him. And I don't think Santa was a capsuleer, so he's dead now. If you like any of the older ship models (original artwork) better than the redesign of your favorite hull and don't want them to be lost forever, support ship customization and this feature request. |

The Yule lads are no match for the EvE Santa and his 12 flying fedos. This one's a bit over the edge guys.

Wormholes in the Apocrypha expansion didn't lead to Jove space, it was just as convenient then, to link into that existing space. So i'm not rushing to guess player-built stargates will lead there. Other speculation i've read suggests they could lead closer to Terran space. |

Its pretty logical to see that CCP will open Jove space, but im guessing it will be something else
Firstly over the years CCP have been downgrading Jove information and they have now moved there details to the concord libraries.
Many years ago Joves had been seen flying around but as devs and I think in the original beta there was some option to train Jove but that was stopped pretty quick.
If you think about it CCP will be at some point letting chars build there own gates so it would be pretty easy to fire up a link to the Jove system unless CCP had a big wall that basically had a sign saying
"DONT COME HERE STAY AWAY"
Which im sure nobody will listen too.
Jove space is like that big red button your not allowed to touch. You know your not supposed to You know your not allowed to But in the end you will do So like after 76 petitions I still dont have a logical normal answer. -á Fly safe and fly true and use your headset on the Loo |

my bet is on jove space being reachable by playermade star gates, with some group pve content susceptible to pvp interuption. there will be special loot needed for some special ships/modules, similar to how W-space works. i hope it's going to get more creative than that. fun would be unkown system with fully randomised physiks characteristics, or other quirks ^^ for example ships are not steering where you are commanding them to fly but in the opposite direction.

Even if it did open up (which I don't see a reason to), lore wise it should be empty, since the Jove are dying out from their disease or their war and have previously gone to great lengths to deny Empire space access to advanced technology. Heck, there is supposed to be tonnes of Terran tech floating around the EVE gate but the Jove have cloaked it all.
If player built stargates lead anywhere I'd rather it be untouched systems with maybe a little mystery dotted around to add flavour. Like signs that Concord have already scouted them and not told anyone or the dead remains of other, unsuccessful, colonies from the gates collapse.
Leave the Jove as they are. Mysterious.

Unless ccp is opening up the space with the new star gates and not oh idk, adding another region or more that we just discovered (which when then made changes and added black rise they said this was now easier to do) then the new gates will not go to jove. As my guess is you will either need a wormhole to jump through, or its going to be a one way trip to the new systems, which would suck. If you need a wormhole, then you would have to place the gates on a wormhole, and no wh's got to jove space.
Its more logical to make new space we have no idea about it, then to open jove space. But programming wise, it might be easyer to just open up jove which already exisit. 10 years of eve... yea i'm an addict |

This explains why Garamonde has periods of "inactive" status. He actually spent that time as a thrall of the Jovians, and had his memory wiped and Jove-related skills removed, before they chucked him back out into Empire space. :p That moment when you realize the crazy lady with all the cats was right... |
