So OP (Ryneter is it?) where are you getting attacked? I could come and pod...err...help you.
Because I'm one of the 100,000 "elitist bastards" who plays Eve.
Leave or stfu. Damnit these kids nowadays...
I must have this guy's corpse. Apparently there are enough that it won't be too expensive but I really wanna have the satisfaction of seeing this guy pop. ___________________________________________

Edited by: Ehker Gerete on 13/06/2006 01:49:33 Given certian keywords in this guys arguments, and the spelling methods, hes just a whiny 12 year old whos used to everything being handed out to him and expects something to change if he doesnt like it.
1. Its not greiving. Or did they change the definition of greiving to "anything you don't like"
I blow people up for profit, not to make them be annoyed.
Gatecamping is the only way to secure soverginty.
and they had a reason to blow you up. you didnt check the map. or you were carrying valuable stuff in a weak hauler. or you didnt scan the gate before jumping
Look before you leap. Thats how the real world is, and thats how Eve is. --------------

and like i said they need to make it so u take a security status hit even in 0.0, a 4.5 security person just podded me and wont recieve any loss. thats BS
There would be no possiblity of a PvE server for this game. PvP isnt a simple choice of playstyle in Eve but rather an integrated thing that threads its way through the whole fabric of the game. There would be no possibility of removing it. Huge swathes of content would just be invalidated and the market would totally collapse in days. Who do you think buys your mined minerals or the loot dropped from your missions? Thats right, the pvpers that go get it blown up.
Quite frankly if you just cant handle being in a game where pvp exists then you would be better off playing another game.
However, a novel thought might occur to you in the meantime. Instead of askign CCP to do something about your pvp issues, why dont you learn how to do something yourself? Even a trial account can be effective in PvP with the right player training and a bit of motivation.

problem is once you get to a certain stage in EVE you are forced to enter low-sec/0.0 sec for missions just to get owned by some player while you try to do missions, i may just go back to jumpgate is almost identical to eve but without PVP.
The problem is you, not the game. I do missions in lowsec all the time and haven't had a problem in months. You want the rewards but not the work? Sorry, it doesnt work that way. You need to LEARN how to take care of yourself instead of being a Sheep.

One of the beauties of Eve is that it is BOTH a PvE AND a PvP game. If you do not want ANYTHING to do with PvE then you can live in the very high sec systems (1.0-0.9). This will limit the deficulty of what you can do but you can participate in all of the PvE elements of the game: mining, missions, NPC killing etc.
If you want to do TOTAL PvP then you can live in 0.0 systems. However a LOT of the fun of Eve is the interaction between PvE and PvP that goes on in "mid" sec (0.8-0.5) and especially low sec (0.4-0.1) space. Depending on WHICH systems you deside to play in YOU get to determine the amount of PvP that you want to "deal" with. Eve is what YOU make of it.
