This client is so wonderful.
I'm not getting lockups, the graphics are set to default and are running smoothly. Very nice.
I'm running an early MBP 2011. This Mac client is running like it was on Wine. |

Multithreading. Seriously, it is now properly multithreading. Some things still spike to one core, but I'm looking at a client that's mostly spread pretty uniformly across all cores.
This is a BFD. It makes the utterly hellish experience I had upgrading to Lion seem more worthwhile. Now recruiting: http://i.imgur.com/16hU3Wo.jpg |

Incidentally this is how good the client is.
I was running it yesterday, at work, and suffered a couple of slow downs but considering I was running Parallels with a Windows 8 VM and the slow downs were for like 10 seconds I think the client is performing very very well.
If I attempted that on the old client I get a lock up on the client and I'd have to force quit it.
Kudos to the team. |

Not for me. After the patch, I tested it on my OSX iMac and yet again still UI freezes. I have all the current updates, I can play in Max gfx, everything runs fine on my OSX, but Eve Online.
I still force quit. No kodos from me... yet. |

I have never had this issue with Eve before. Not until I came back to Eve. On my PC side the game works flawlessly. Max graphics with everything. So smooth. But here its close to that, but not right there. It will "UI freeze" extremely randomly now. More so than before. Although now WAY less than before, but its still there. I just tried logging on and did, then BAM! UI Freeze. All I did was to go into character remake screen and thats it. UI Freeze. Yesterday evening it was 2 freezes, one via the fitting window and another via a mission I was doing, so in space. Both of them about 2-2.5 hours apart.
No I have never had SiSi client in my computer. I don't run two clients on my OSX side. I just run iTunes in the background.
