As fare as i know you can't.
Concord standing used to be the same as security status for you character, when it was split into two different entities, it was no longer possible to increase concord standing. I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous. |

I don't think you need to worry about you standing with concord, it only matters in relation to their agents and they don't have any, even at -10 you should still be able to access all their stations and services such as lp store.
You are not going to get attacked be concord if you have a negative standing towards the corporation, it's you security status that decides whether or not you will be attacked by concord. I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous. |

People that have their standings lower than -5 towards the faction owning a system - get milita spawns. Concord owns few systems.... Support Needed : Jump Fuel Consumption |

I think that rules only apply to the empire factions, i have not have any problems living in npc null with -10 standing to the faction owning the systems. I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous. |

But concord is a Higsec faction that owns few systems in higsec. Support Needed : Jump Fuel Consumption |

I meant the actual empires, i don't think the -5 standing rules applies to any other factions then amarr, caldari, gallente and minmatar.
I don't know if concord is a special case because they have high security systems, but i don't think so. I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous. |

Go there with a disposable ship and test it for yourself. It's not like NPC were avid POD killers. |

Your sec status is you Concord status. You can get sec status above 5. See: https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Security_status |

As mentioned previously, CONCORD Assembly has sovereignty over several systems near Gallente space. Thus, they also run their own faction navy, which is CONCORD SWAT.
CONCORD and CONCORD SWAT are different: the former will engage you anywhere in high-sec, including Assembly space, when flagged as a criminal. The latter will engage you in Assembly space for becoming a suspect or being -5.0 or worse towards the Assembly.
The outcome should be pretty much the same, though I imagine if you managed to evade CONCORD SWAT it would not be considered an exploit, as opposed to evading CONCORD. |

CONCORD standing and sec status were decoupled a few expansions ago. You can be -5.0 with the former and have 5.0 of the latter. |

This.
And yes, for anyone still wondering, it's entirely possible to tank your CONCORD faction standing while maintaining a high sec status. The mechanisms are a bit odd but they do exist. And if/when that happens, going through, eg, Yulai becomes rather hazardous.
Given that sec status is no longer tied to CONCORD standing, I'd very much like to see a way to raise CONCORD standing implemented. But so far there is no such mechanism. |

There are 8 different Factions that control High Security systems :
Amarr Empire Ammatar Mandate Caldari State Concord Assembly Gallente Federation Khanid Kingdom Minmatar Republic The Interbus
If Faction standing towards any of those Factions drops to -5.00 or lower, Faction NPC's will attack when in their space.
As for the OP's questions, NO. At this time there is no way to raise Concord Faction standing.

Concord Assembly should gain both positive and negative derived standings from the other Factions.
