+1 for asking and promoting mission running as a multi-player fleet option.
Good luck to you..

What kind of ship do you use? Can we see your fit?
I might be interested, but all I have is my Nuet Vexor, can I bring that? "PvE in EVE is a trap to turn you into PvP content, don't confuse it for actual gameplay." Lipbite |

Any combat type ship is fine for small groups when/if more people want to join we can talk about support ships |

OP, you seem like a nice guy so I'll give you some sage advice, anyone who wants to 'run' missions with you on this forum is most likely only looking to see if you're a good gank target. If you want to do PvE in highsec with friends, look at Incursions, there's really no reason to run L4s in groups so it's hard to get people to fleet up and run missions together. |

Incursions are nice but can be 1 jump out or 100 so thats not something i can rely on to do every day and another thin is im a Missle pilot and no one want missle pilots or ship less them 1bill or faction fit. The only thing im trying to do is bring the MMO backt to this MMORPG that im pay 15$ for people keep complaining that EVE is dying yet no one wants to play as groups or fleets |

Try lowsec, nullsec, or WH corps for something that tends to live longer. |

The reason corps keep dying in highsec and that nobody wants to fleet up for missions is that there's really little advantage in fleeting up in highsec for anything other than Incursions. By fleeting up to run missions you're basically choosing to make less money just to make your missions less boring. I understand where you're coming from, I used to run missions in highsec for years with some friends and alone as well and I tried everything to make them less boring but the fact of the matter is missions are repetitive and boring and even if you do them with friends or with different ships you'll eventually get bored of them.
I know it's hard to leave the safety of highsec and go out and PvP, but that's really what EvE is about. Fit 20 T1 PvP frigs and go out to lowsec/nullsec and lose em and I guarantee you'll find renewed life in this game and probably make some friends along the way and find a good corp. |

Be it in high, low or null, - 1 bomber & 1 AF, can make them entertaining for a while. Particularly if the AF's carrying a point. Otherwise, you're right, they get boring and don't really give incentive to flying in small MR fleets. |

A good option to find others for fleet is by helping new players, especially those doing the Level 1 Sisters Of Eve Epic Arc. I'm sure some of them wouldn't mind fleeting up to run higher level missions with you after you've helped them.
---
I remember years ago back when Hacking sites had NPC's and anomalies were found by scanning, I was using a Covert Op's Frigate and instead of switching out into Combat ship to run the Hacking sites, I'd just ask for help in NPC Corp chat. Usually I would get a couple of new-ish players to fleet up. I'd also get a couple of Industrial players (Mining) asking for bookmarks to Grav sites which I sold.
After clearing out all the Hacking sites and to keep fleet busy while I scanned a new system, I'd give them bookmarks to various anomaly combat sites as well as have them patrol Asteroid Belts. With my high scanning skills and the Cov Op's Frig, it didn't take long for me to find other sites to run.
After all Hacking sites were completed, I'd switch into a Combat ship and run the Cosmic Signature Combat Sites with the fleet. Whenever expedition happened, we'd all go run that as well. Granted we weren't all high skilled so having the extra ships made it easy and most of the sites were completed quickly as well.
Gotta say though I fondly remember due to our skill level, running the 'Watch' and 'Vigil' sites presented quite a challenge to the fleet, usually causing various ships in our fleet to warp out at different times. Of course this was back in 2009 when exploration was first changed / buffed (Apocrypha Expansion) and there was hardly any documentation available at all.
I digress. Obviously that can't be done now due to the amount of massive competition created by the easy mode exploration we now have. Anyway, good luck to you and like I said, I think the best option to run a mission fleet is with newer players.

Running IVs as a fleet in assault frigates can be a bit of a hoot but generally you solo IVs becasue they are threat free and take no time anyway.
Sure you can totally blitz them if you have a brawler and some bombers and a logi ... but basically IVs are simply not hard enough for anyone other than a newish player to bother fleeting up. You may have more luck getting people to fleet up to run the faction Epic arcs as some of those can be a challenge solo.
I would not use the forums as a source of fleet mates however. paranoia in EVE is a good thing. You could try some of the in game chat channels like "help my mission" or "eve tutors" (though eve tutors is a bit PvP and Ganking focused) . |
