You said you had proof, but I'm not seeing any proof in that image that he's even using isboxer.

/thread Wait. Did they say it is explicitly allowed or only that it isn't forbidden or even just not persecuted? These distinctions are important. They said "the multiboxing application is not something we plan to actively police at this time" However "However, if any third party application or other software is used to gain any unfair advantage, or for purposes beyond its intended use, or if the application or other software violates other parts of the EULA, we may fully enforce our rights to prohibit such use, including player bans. Please use such third party applications or other software at your own risk." They never said it was okay, use at your own risk.
Then why start another stupid pointless forum thread on it that will get nothing achieved? If you think something untoward is going on, petition it.
For the record, isboxer does not modify the game client, so it's not a breech of the EULA. It "copies" your keypresses/mouseclicks/etc on one window to be used on all others. It's in a grey-area in terms of botting as you (the user) are obviously clicking/etc on one client, but not across them all. Therefore it is tolerated, but not encouraged by CCP. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

During this time I estimate he must get 40 ice per skiff, 40 skiffs. That's 1600 blocks of ice, at 320k per block that is 500 million isk that he earns from 30 minutes of play, in hi-sec.
Not only does he earn isk far faster than would be possible for him if he wasn't using a 3rd party program to send keystrokes to the clients, but he ruins the game for normal players. What makes it impossible for 40 skiffs to do the exact same thing without the software? How is it accelerated? Do non-ISboxed skiffs somehow have a different yield so that it takes them 40 minutes to do the same job? Abrazzar wrote:Schmata Bastanold wrote:CCP said ISboxer is allowed.
/thread Wait. Did they say it is explicitly allowed or only that it isn't forbidden or even just not persecuted? These distinctions are important. They've said that there is nothing about ISBoxer (or indeed any other multiboxing software) that inherently breaks the EULA. They obviously can't allow any third-party software GÇö not even stuff like EFT or EVEMon is GÇ£allowedGÇ¥ GÇö because they have no control over what the developers put into those programs and they can't be arsed creating a vetting process. So GÇ£not forbiddenGÇ¥ is as good as it gets, and multiboxing fits very neatly into that category since it doesn't actually offer any automation or acceleration or any of the things the EULA forbids. I could say the same about bots. Do bots get an accelerated yield that they can more than a normal player?
No, you can't say the same about bots, because bots DO use client modification. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

Only thing that matters is what CCP says. Sooner you understand it happier you will be. Not true at all. If too many players quit the game will close down, and what CCP say won't matter at all.
Really? You're going to pretend to care about CCP's subscriber base? Nothing new to see here folks, please move along. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

Sending a keystroke automatically is client modification? No, yet it is botting and is bannable.
CCP says it's not botting, numerous people with experience in scripting say it's not botting, and we've had this discussion a thousand times on these forums already. IF you think something is bannable, then file a petition. Why you people feel the need to fire up fresh threads of butthurt about isboxer every five minutes is beyond any sense of reasonable understanding. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

Does it not occur to you? Normal people, who actually care about the experience, who never come to the forum at all, will have this 40 times unimatrix isboxer alts appear and wipe out their belt. Do you think this is a good experience of the game for them?
How to find other belts. Also, it's not your belt. Nothing is yours unless you can get it first, and keep it from getting blown up. They don't write our names on the sides of asteroids you know. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

There are a lot of people whining all over the internet that vaccines cause autism. Just because people whine about it doesn't make it a problem and it doesn't mean they're right about what they're whining about. It just means they're whiny. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

I found out today that lots of people think that spraying vinegar into the air gets rid of chemtrails. Maybe this works with goons/ [Insert your favourite space entity here] too
I actually had a neighbour do that once, right next to a rosegarden that my housemate was growing. I was watering at the time with the garden hose. I like watering with the garden hose, it's relaxing. I don't like gardening though, just the watering part. Anyway, his grass was all dead. I told him to take a look at it, and tell me what he thought was causing his grass to die. He said outright it's the chemtrails. I said, well, they're not killing our roses, which is odd cuz they're right next to your grass. Speaking of which, you spray that **** near our roses again, and I'll have you charged with property destruction.
So he sprayed it straight at my roses in a display of defiance the kind you would expect from the whole "everything is a conspiracy!" group. Another reason why I enjoy the garden hose is because I can use it to spray obnoxious neighbours, which I did, gave him a full blast and told him to "chill, dude, let the fluoride flow through you"
He then called the cops and charged me with assault...... the charges were dropped when I told them about his vinegar habit. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

It's not jealousy. It's frustrating to be outplayed by someone who is basicly cheating.
No one has demonstrated any cheating going on yet. If you think you have found someone cheating, file a support ticket. Getting up in arms about it on the forums achieves nothing except another locked redundant thread. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.
