Ah, was that you screaming in Osmon local at me earlier this morning? How you wanted to do sexual things to me and my pets too. My poor cat was looking at me like he was saying "I don't want the mean person to sodomize me."

During this time I estimate he must get 40 ice per skiff, 40 skiffs. That's 1600 blocks of ice, at 320k per block that is 500 million isk that he earns from 30 minutes of play, in hi-sec. Not only does he earn isk far faster than would be possible for him if he wasn't using a 3rd party program to send keystrokes to the clients, but he ruins the game for normal players. I would rather mine with a few bots in the belt than this guy, they are far less detrimental to my experience. As an Explorer, people with guns are detrimental to my experience, therefor CCP should institute Gun Control measures in EVE Online. Namely a 5 day waiting period and background check on mounting any guns on ships , said background check being a questionnaire asking these questions: "Do you plan on ganking with these weapons? if yes wait 5 days and also send a "notice of hostility" to your gank target so they know to expect you." "Do you plan on shooting at Goons with these weapons? if yes have gun right freaking now plus free ammo". (This is what happens when you let high sec bureaucrats give psych tests btw). That's your problem, most people with guns are playing the game they way it was designed to play, without 3rd party software. In this case, a 3rd party program is being used to play the game in an extreme manner.
it's worse than you know, now even real life basketball players are using ISBOXER!!!! http://www.separationsnow.com/userfiles/sepspec/image/separationsNOW_ezines_2011/1108_basketball.jpg

People need to accept the fact that every aspect of this game involves one form or another of PvP. I accepted this rule a long time ago, and the game has been nothing but enjoyable since that moment. Too many folks believe they own the space and everything directly around them including their own ship, and that's simply not the case. When i run my mining fleet for resources, as soon as that rock or block of ice lands in my hanger, that is the point where CCP says, "it's now yours to do with as you please." Everything that happens to that rock or ice block before that point is totally up in the air and subject to loss to another player. (including the transport of it.)
If people can just let this sink in, they would have a lot more fun in this game.

No one has demonstrated any cheating going on yet. If you think you have found someone cheating, file a support ticket. Getting up in arms about it on the forums achieves nothing except another locked redundant thread. You don't scare me. I've been to Jita.

I have 3 27 inch monitors. It allows me to play with my miners, and pvp/rat at the same time, while still keeping a good sense of awareness. It would be much more difficult, actually pretty impossible to do this with just one screen. Should CCP ban multiple screens?
Because based on what you are saying, they should. I paid money in hardware to be able to use multiple characters effectively, therefore I have an unfair advantage. It doesn't make sense.
Now, that being said, I ******* hate IS Boxer and those who use it. They keep ice and mineral prices low, which isn't good for someone in my line of work. It's a way of managing multiple characters without investing in the hardware. Therefore, I blow them up, consistently and without prejudice. You should try it.
Also, since you seem to have given the portrayal that you have popular support, since everyone hates it when these 40 skiffs show up, you won't have to be alone. The IS Boxer will think twice when launching that fleet when he's losing 5 skiffs at a time. Those aren't cheap. |

But, because they also keep ship prices low, they keep ammo prices low, they keep module prices low, along with everything else I like to buy in this game, I secretly love them.

Got to say that this is a silly argument. CCP determines how the EULA applies. CCP has said that isoboxer is ok by them. You may disagree and you may internet lawyer all you want, but it makes no difference since its CCP's game. CPP wants to call a goat a sheep or say night is day and black is white, its totally up to them and no amount of internet lawyering is going to make a difference.

Dinsdale Pirannha wrote:Not even going to bother going down the rabbit hole of bizzarro world with you. So you can't account for it? Is that because it so violently blows a moon-sized hole in your unfounded and very silly assumption? On the one hand, we have people with far more accounts than these simple multibox setups, who get banned by the bucketload for breaking the EULA. On the other hand we have people with a much lower number of accounts who don't get banned for the simple reason that they're not actually doing anything wrong. By your logic, the opposite should be true, and yet it isn't.
Maybe you should come up from the bizarro-wold rabbit hole you've thrown yourself into, because up here, what you claim is so far removed from any kind of rational thinking that we'd have to invent entire new units of measurement to even begin to calculate it.
