Greetings.
We're a realtively small corporation that specilizes in buying PI materials, manuifacturing them into other PI materials, and selling them at a reasonable profit. Everything was running splendidly until I expanded and doubled the size of my operation. Now I am spending more time than I really care for baby sitting market orders and playing .01 ISK games instead of managing the corporation, and frankly, it's making me starkers.
So I am hoping to come to an arrangement with one (or more) regular suppliers that I can work with to accomplish two basic things:
Help me control costs - playing .01 isk games eats into my profit margins, and that annoys me. Get me the materials I need in bulk - having to fly 6 jumps to pick up 10 units of something is equally as annoying.
To that end, here are my basic requirements:
My corporation basically runs through the following on a weekly basis: Precious Metals: 1.5 million units. Reactive Metals: 750 thousand units. Toxic Metals: 500 thousand units. Electrolytes: 500 thousand units Water: 500 thousand units Consumer Electronics: 25 thousand units
I need a corporation partner (or partners) who can match those needs at wholesale market prices on a regular basis (I tend to like making one lump purchase a week).
I will only consider purchases in lots of 50 thousand units or higher.
So what are we offering? We'll come to you. We will arrange the collection of any purchased materials at the station of your choice so long as that station is in contiguous highsec (no highsec pockets). That gives you a market for your materials without the hassle of moving them very far (or at all). Competitive pricing without the hassle of managing sell orders. I'd rather not post specific prices here, because as we all know, the market fluctuates.
If you are interested, please send me an Eve Mail with the location you would be contracting from (constellation is fine), and the rough amounts of each material you could provide per week, and we can discuss ISK directly.
Thanks. |

You noted that you want standarized pick up points, but as a wormhole entity we can't ensure that. How do you guys feel about that? |

You're only going to get those kinds of units from a lower security PI operation. I have about 600k Electrolytes and Water but its a few jumps into Low Sec. |

I'm not so much interested in standardized pick up points as I am in that they be inside highsec, and that the quanity be large enough to make it worth picking it up. I'm going to have a very hard time convincing our logistics pilot to fly 30 jumps for 5 m3 of materials. As I said in my post, and I'll clarify it here, we'll come to anywhere in continuous highsec and pick up. For wormholes with a highsec static, that means you can literally make one jump (assuming there's a station) and write us a contract - we'll take care of the rest.

Akane, I did response to your mail, and I appreciate the offer. Our issue is that the cost of travelling into nullsec to retreive the goods puts the price of them squarely above a point where it's profitable for us to do so (since we don't have a jump freighter yet). This is because we either have to risk a large, slow, and expensive ship (and the cargo), or we have to use a small ship and make a substantially larger number of trips.
We're looking at the potential of purchasing a jump freighter (in which case we reduce the risk substatinally), which would allow us to do this, but as a corporation our finances aren't at that point yet.
In terms of production yield, we're happy to split the load between multiple corporations - I never expected to have one corporation supply everything in any case. |
