Hey all, Pretty much just wondering how much of a cargohold I need (considering the highest possible m3 mission) for lvl 4 distribution missions. I looked a great deal around on the internet and saw between 7500m3 - 8000m3, but I was confused about the requirements for the bonus story line missions.
I recently unlocked them on my alt and my choice for agents for Sisters of EVE is 0.9 sec or 0.1-0.3 sec agents, so I feel I have to go low sec for this. (any suggestion which agent is good? If anyone has experience with that).
Normally I'd have no problem hauling large amounts of cargo, but when it comes to low-sec, my ship type and fitting to haul the requirements are pretty limited. I'm thinking about using a Prowler, but if that is overkill I'll stick to something else like a Wreathe. Any ship/fit suggestions would be greatly appreciated too.
Thanks a heap |

I'll save you a lot of time and tears: don't go to lowsec for such stupid reason like distribution missions. I am not my skills but... http://eveboard.com/pilot/Schmata_Bastanold |

Thanks for your concern, but I asked about the cargo hold requirement and agent/fit/ship recommendations and not the age old question about has CCP fixed their horrid PVE risk vs reward balance that currently serves as bait into the mouths of 'pirates' in this particular facet of the game. But hey, shy enough noobs out of low-sec and you're going to find your EVE experience pretty dull.
But I do actually appreciate the opinion that my plan is stupid of course, it is quite helpful, if enough others agree with you I'll change to some other low-sec PVE activity that is worth the time (if there is one, probably not though), or spend a few months in a station training for pvp . |

Been a while so take this how you will.
The last time I needed to boost standing I was running level 4s in a Gal Blockade Runner. Agility fit with a shield extender for a little smart bomb buffer. A pure agility fit, cloaky BR is about the safest ship to use in low sec, BTW. In seven years, I've never lost one.
In the hold I'd carry a few cargo expanders for the occasions that I needed a little more space. For the most part though, I recall having no turn downs needed to run up to Amarr standings of 8.
Mr Epeen There are 86,400 seconds in a day. You just saved one of them by typing 'u' instead of 'you'.-á Congratulations, dumbass! |

Thanks for that mate, I had heard of how great the survivability of Covert Ops cloak ships are in low sec with an agility fit, enough tank to take smart bombs as you said and enough player experience. I'm trained in Min industrial, but from the looks of things the Gal and Min blockade runners are fairly similar give or take a few in different attributes.
Thanks again for the reply I was certainly looking for first hand experience, I very much appreciate it. |

"Tips on doing CourierMissions."
As for low-sec, scout and make bookmarks in the system(s) in a cheap frigate, or Cov Ops frigate before commenting anything of real value to the venture. Death Valley & Mojave real world hardcore. www.acronymfinder.com

Most level 4 courier missions are under 8000 m3. There is one storyline that is 25,000 m3. |

With minmatar industrial and spaceship command at 5 you get ship, that is able to carry half of SoE story line mission (40 x 1000 m3 cargo pieces ) cargo and still have align time under 6 seconds (so mwd cloak trick should work.) That means you will only have to do 2 trips into low sec instead of 3, which reduce greately the risk of targeted ambush. |
