I would first like to note that Finis Lumen has had no previous agressions toward the Sansha nation. We treat them just like any other pirate faction such as the Angels or Serpentis. We only fire when fired upon.
But this morning, the Sansha nation overstepped its bounds, and sent two spies deep into Angel territory in the Curse region. We have made an arrangement with the Angels so that we may use their facilities as a base of operations for our dealings in the Curse region, and thus when we spotted these two spies, we had no choice but to dispatch of them.
Here is an example of one of the spies we caught and destroyed.
2006.07.01 05:26
Victim: Sansha Probe Mu Alliance: None Corp: True Power Destroyed: Succubus System: *edited out for privacy* Security: 0.0
Involved parties:
Name: Helganstandt (laid the final blow) *This part of the CONCORD killmail removed for privacy* Destroyed items:
True Sansha Standard Missile Launcher Capacitor Power Relay I PL-0 Shipment Probe True Sansha Small Armor Repairer
While it is obvious this is just a scout, they had no place being in the system we destroyed them in. After chasing them through several systems, and after numerous attempts to contact them in order to discover exactly why they have infiltrated this region, we had no choice but to take action and destroy them. We believe our action is justified, as we think that this is a sign of more sinister things to come. We still wish to abide by our neutrality to the pirate corps, but we have no problem siding with the Angels in order to help defend our space. Unless of course we have something to gain from an eventual Sansha take-over.
We therefor demand and explanation from a representative of the Sansha nation in order to prevent further hostilities or hinderences to their work. We are open minded, and may be willing to come to an agreement. Please let us know, and you can contact me directly.
If the Arch Angels would also like to contact us, for a modest reward, we may be willing to give out the exact location in which we found these spies.
~Helganstandt Head of Public Relations, Finis Lumen
edit: I apologize, this was supposed to go the in intergalactic summit forum. Would a mod please help and move it there, unless you think it would be appropiate here? ________________________________

An AXE gang spotted another such scout as it was moving north through Stain region some days ago. We were curious as to why this particular Sansha operative was actually being listed in local system channels - has the Nation turned to recruiting minds of independent thought? But the fact that this so-called scout didn't even appear to have bookmarks for his own sovereign region suggested not, and he too was swiftly dispatched.
It is interesting though to hear of another Sansha's scout sighting, especially considering that this time it was some distance from Stain itself.
Also worthy of note is the name of Helganstandt's victim, identified as "Mu" - the one intercepted by AXE was named "Lambda". Both names, I have learned, are taken from the alphabet of an Old Earth language known as Greek. Assuming the obvious trend continues, what happens when the Nation runs out of letters?

Maybe it has something to do with the big Angel invasion of Catch this weekend, seems like Angels have big plans to expand their territory and include U-Q to their empire

You will find that a batch of Sansha pilots have actually been registered with the CCP pilot registry. They fall under the "Sansha" firstname or model type. I think you will find them... interesting. You have met the scouts, but they have dedcated fighters, miners and such listed. These are recent registries and unusual in that they typically dont register to DED or CCP. Odd that.

It would appear that the Sanshas are reacting to possible Angel Cartel expansion:
