People saying you make more in high sec than null sec are silly or flat out lying. Im calling you out. Max you can earn from anoms is 90 mil/hr, Plexing nets you great isk but no more than 100 people can do them per region. There is only one activity that will earn you 150mil/hr and that is grinding out mordus ships but that is from a single system in null and that income is tanking along with the mordus ships as we grind the living hell out of those missions. All the above activities will be disrupted by neutrals entering local. Highsec wins for combat pve isk income
Alright once sec while I grab some screen grabs of my totals I guess.

You can ignore the first tick as that was a 15min tick (my first always are, the following are always 20 min ticks. My ticks range from 35-55mil.
But hey, feel free to continue calling me out?

What sort of ship do you imagine would pull such numbers?
For the sake of providing fruitful discussion, the totals are done with pve thanatos. Fighters in their current state are so grossly broken. The only investment I have in them is the hulls + basic mods + fighter costs. It is cheaper than most incursion hull/fits.
PVE carriers, with the recent fighter buff are not quite as ridiculously as their pre-nerf state years ago, but they are damn near close to it. People complained about Nyxs being able to melt HIC's on the ships forum...carriers can do the same thing down to frigs now.
You can stay fully aligned for instant warp to 1 of 20 safe spots. You can instantly cyno out to a predetermined safe spot. You can clear sites in a handful of minutes. Your fighters can melt the speediest of frigs (fighters can now go between 7k-8k m/s absolutely murdering frigate transversals) I fully expect.hope CCP to step in soon(er) to fix it, but in the meantime I'll milk it as it's much more risk free than incursion running. |

Will have to see how long it takes the meta to reflect such changes though. Given there has been no real summer content to put the new changes to test; I can say I've been sad at the lack of cap kills.

Depends how bombable the fighters are.
As for carrier kills, this would explain why more ratting carriers are being caught of late. Join Bat Country today and defend the Glorious Socialist Dictatorship |

So, what you're saying is that I should divert my cap pilot's training from a dread to a carrier. Gotcha. Wait...**** that. Every time I start training toward something, it gets fixed about a month before my training is done. Maybe they'll do something stupid to dreads to make them more broken again if I stay the course. |

Well depending on carrier fit, lets say they are glass cannon they move at 7-8k m/s. I don't see it being any different than micromanaging fighters as opposed to and FC micromanaging his fleet with incoming bombs. They distance they can get across and the time it takes is pretty disgusting currently. Of course I haven't had a chance to play with this in an appropriate setting, so who knows. Fighters are pretty durable at present. Having a whole squadron whelped would be pretty damned costly however.

I'd never presume to tell any one else how they should play. I just work the game with the tools I have at my own disposal. But I'm told Dreads are currently ******** if you're a WH guy :D |

Regarding carrier kills, I wondered what you meant, so I decided to look it up. Funnily enough, those thanny kills are just the standard old pve fits.. not even making use of the new drone changes that have returned thannies to mini demigods.
Going over the history, it doesnt seem like it's really an increase in carrier kills at all. Seems about the same imo. None of them that I saw really even make use of the current OP meta. |

People who rat in carriers have historically not being the brightest of snowflakes. I recall a Red Alliance nyx that died to rats several years ago. Join Bat Country today and defend the Glorious Socialist Dictatorship |
