New cost scaling system - ouch!
System I'm in is too expensive - fair enough I suppose. :-(
I'll go look for a cheaper system to do invention, manufacture, GǪ
ThinksGǪ
If I find a system without a station that should be a bit cheaper. Will have to put up a new POS or move my existing POS but yeah okay I can live with that.
How do I find out what the cost is for a system with no stations in it? It does not show up on the facilities list, since there are no facilities - obviously. So how do I find the cost for that system?
Do I have to set up a POS just to find out how much it is likely to cost me?
Have I missed something obvious here? Am I just being thick?

Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to get the system cost index for systems without stations, unfortunately. But there is a new crest endpoint you might want to check: http://public-crest.eveonline.com/industry/systems/. Just open the link and look for the system you want to check with Ctrl + F. Dotlan might add this to their system data, but at the moment this is your best bet. |

That looks interesting. A least it's a start.
I can probably throw together a Python script to parse out the information I need.
Thank you. :-)
Should this be logged as a bug? Technically I don't think anything is actually broken but it does seem like quite a big omission.

That information is available in game, enable the Industry -> Cost Index overlay in the world map, the tooltip will contain the system cost index. |

Will be interesting to see where the cost factor stabilizes for non-station hisec systems, since they won't have any random drive-by industry going on. |
