Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out what kind of ME bonus I need to get an actual reduction in input materials requirements with this new Crius patch.
So right now, I have a couple of BPC's where, without any bonuses, I need 17 of a given item in order to manufacture something. Now, I understand that any fractions are always rounded up. So would that mean I would need at least a 6% ME bonus to see a reduction in this input material requirement from 17 to 16?
I can see that if I manufacture at a POS I can get 2% ME bonus from that. So then, I would need at least an additional 4% from a Team to see any actual materials savings?
Would appreciate confirmation on this or correction on my math, etc. Much thanks. |

I'm reasonably confident of the material numbers.
One thing which has changed, is that the rounding up happens at the end. Not at the run level.
So if you have a single run in a job using 1.5 things, it'll cost you 2 things. If you have ten runs in a job, it'll cost you 15 things.
It means 'perfect' is a bit more complicated.
(you can't drop below 1 thing per run) Woo! CSM 9! http://fuzzwork.enterprises/ Twitter: @fuzzysteve on Twitter |
