Just a quick question guys, how do ccp get back to you after you lodge a support ticket? |

In game, press f12 (or the help button on your neocom), view your support tickets, any replies will be added to your ticket there.
Out of game, log into support and go here.
Their responses will also be sent to the account owner's email address, but not to your eve-mail. |

That entirely depends on the severity of what your ticket is about.
Something minor like email harassment can be resolved in a matter of hours, but if you're putting in a ticket for any kind of RMT, reimbursement, or stuff like that, it can take a while.
The longest ticket time I have personally ever seen is just shy of a week. "Verily, I have often laughed at the weaklings who thought themselves good because they had no claws."

"Stuck" tickets tend to get answered quickly, within a few minutes.
Anything else, a couple of hours to a couple of days. |

How DOES CCP (singular, one corporation) get back to you? I know you don't mean "how DO the members of CCP..." because it's probably obvious some people have nothing to do with support at all. Funny. People think if they're referring to a "THING" with more than one person it's PLURAL, when it's NOT.
Whatever school, newspaper, TV star, ROCK star you folks first heard this from and picked it up from HE or SHE (if it was only one person) or IT - if it was a school, or a TV Station...newspaper...IS WRONG. You don't walk around with mustard smeared on your forehead. That looks stupid, right? Guess what this idiotic habitual mistake with your own language looks like....
And, if you find something similar in your email from CCP, that's how the support people respond to you. I suggest you deal with those people cordially and in a friendly fashion - not to get your help ticket worked out the way YOU want, but because (it just so happens) THEY are friendly and cordial PEOPLE <----- plural, so it gets "they" not "he, or she" or "him, or her". I know this is all very tiresome.
Try working for EVE's support if you think THIS is tiresome. I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility toward every form of tyranny over the mind of man.-á |

You can do this by logging into the Account Management site.
