Do Ascendancy implants increase both maximum warp speed and warp acceleration, or only the maximum warp speed?
"X% bonus to warp speed" from the description makes it a little difficult to tell due to vagueness. |

There is no separate metric for warp acceleration as it is accounted for in the warp speed stat. The higher the warp speed, the higher the acceleration and top speed, and the less time spent in warp. |

Keep in mind that warp acceleration caps out at 6 AU/sec. Any increase in warp speed beyond that doesn't improve acceleration. It still improves speed though. |

Thank you. It would be nice if the description for the implant set tacked on "and acceleration" at the end to make it more clear for newer players (and/or players returning to EVE after several years).
That little bit of information does make it a bit easier for me to decide on a skill plan, so I do appreciate the help. :) |

This is true of deceleration; I am not sure about acceleration, however. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=346564 - a proposal to overhaul the Logistics skill https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=238931 - an idea for a new form of hybrid PVE/PVP content. www.minerbumping.com - ganking miners and causing chaos |

it is actually tacked on to half the other things that effect warp speed, but can be equally confusing since there is no acceleration stat to track. The Drake is a Lie |

While I can understand why you think I made a mistake, the quantity I was posting wasn't the actual acceleration. Warp acceleration scales with the top speed of the ship, up to a top speed of 6 AU/sec. Higher top speeds than that do not come with increased acceleration. |

Ah, that makes more sense. |
