I was thinking it would be a decent change to put a form of stacking penalty on ECM, but not the normal kind. A kind that gives a diminishing return over time, such that first cycle on a selected target has the 100% effectiveness, and the next cycle would be less and so on. This would alleviate some perma-jamming without negating the use of ECM very much, ECM in fleets would have an incentive to switch targets often. I feel this kind of change would have a positive effect on pvp, solo/small gang papers would no longer end up perma-jammed for minutes upon minutes while they are slowly run out of ammo and killed.

ECM is fine as it is and you won't get perma jammed if you use some remote ECCM or if solo local ECCM also making it so i just have to swap targets to get a 100% jam would make it far easier for me and my sister widows to keep our targets locked down with a little organisation |

ECM as well as tracking disruption, Sensor Damp could have a side effect. Every time you apply it, there is a side effect. It adds +1 to Warp Stab. |

This just in, every ship will now have 1 multifreq meta 1 jammer so that when you get pointed, you can align out, jam the target (since your first cycle is guaranteed), and warp off. Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012. |
