I'm wondering if anyone knows of a tool that allows you to download all market data to your PC or export it all automatically?
Kinda like eve centrals up loader but it saves it directly to your PC? |

No
Next best thing you could do is download the daily market data from eve-central but that's just once a day update. Signature removed, CCP Phantom |

EVE-Central's Contribtastic and EVEMon both send the data to EVE-Central. You can pull data from EVE-Central with their api or you can scrape your own cache with a third-party library and save it that way, but I'm not sure any existing program just uses your own cache locally. Also, CCP's stance on whether or not cache scraping is allowed isn't at all clear, and I haven't received a response on a ticket about the matter yet either. In the case of EVE-Central it seems to be fine, since it is so widely used, so you shouldn't have any issues there. But when it comes to developing an app that uses cache scraping, I have no idea if it's allowed or not. |

EVEMon allows you to additional "upload points", which you can point to a local resource. You have to write this yourself, ofc.

You might check my software EvEMarketHistoryDump out, on Vahrokh.com
It's a "no frills" small program that lets you download the EvE Markets history stored in the cache and convert it into several formats: "normal" CSV but also advanced formats, like "Excel compatible" and "OHLC Data", the latter format has been featured at Fanfest 2013 by EvE Economist Dr. Eyjo Gudmundsson and lets you build realistic candlestick market charts.
