TSDS 033 An Unholy War Episode 1 Size: 316,127 KB Running Time: 13:28 (mm:ss) Resolution: 1152x864 Date Originally Compiled: July 16 2006 Tools Used: Adobe Premier Elements & FRAPS Music Used: various tracks by ¦ Evanescence ¦ Rob Zombie ¦ Rob Dougan ¦ Disturbed ¦ Pantera
The film tells the story of The Short Bus Squad's return to the Kheram area, and the what turns out to be the tumulus time we as a corporation and as an alliance are going through. For blood we crave, the return home to lower Domain was met with much opposition by CVA. Today's archive shows to provide viewing enjoyment of some of the chronicles as they occurred. The next to-be-release episode in our journey will explore deeper into the story of reforming within TSDS, and to stripping away of the dead wood, and acknowledgement to some good, good friends who have parted ways recently.
Most of the fraps in this video were shot by yours truly, but 100% of the editing and storyline are written by our newest up and coming vid maker: Luminara Jedrick :D This is only his second video ever (first was an internal corp-only release) but you will see from the editing and storytelling that he has amazing potential. My next vid may finally be created with Adobe :-O which would be a first for me, as I say goodbye to the land of WMM.
I hope you enjoy today's feature presentation, and let us know what y'all think! Comments are appreciated and encouraged. As always - good money shots, good storyline, some new effects , fabulous quality and quality camera work.
Big ups to Chribba for the hosting on the amazing and marvelous Eve-Files.com site. Got a vid? Host it today!!

Looking forward to it. I missed the last couple of weeks of the war due to connection issues so interested to see it from a TSBS perspective.

Well, as my good friend Ossi has explained allready this film documents our return to an old stomping ground. A place where we accomplished some amazing things. However this time we were met with savage & alarming force by an enemy that seems to have found another level, and brought it to us. Kudos to CVA for the awsome fights.
At this point I would like to say a HUGE thankyou to Ossiris Occido for trusting me not to foul up his fraps.
Anyhoo, we think this vid brings something different to the table. We have been honest, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose, and I didnt paint a totally TSDS 4tw scenario. The developments in this vid are embelished with some storyline, but they are based on 100% truth.... keep watching for TSDS33 Episode 2

Just watched the video and as usual a very slick presentation from Osiris and co.
My only downside was that there wasn't more fights with CVA in it - but then again that might have been too painful - There is a TSDS vs CVA fight in THIS video if anyone is interested...
The one good thing is that after watching this I feel it was a reasonably balanced picture of the conflict unlike the video about the first TSDS vs CVA war - which prompted THIS thread (and video).
Therefore you can all thank Osiris with great relief for ensuring that I didn't have to do another one for the second CVA vs TSBS war.
My final comment. While we disapprove of TSDS for their piracy and repeated attacks on neutrals and Amarrians in low-sec Amarr space (which is why we have now had two official wars with them) they do indeed have our respect for being willing to actually fight a prepared enemy and not just sit around at gates ganking defenceless haulers.
My final comment to TSDS - Just give up on Kheram - we're never going let you live there again - unless of course you all swear allegiance to the Amarr Empire and join us on our anti-pirate, anti-terrorist crusade
Once again - nice vid!

My my I am a bit surprised at the fullness of your comments but I suppose it is to be expected. Here are some comments to feed the beast:

What.. and let you be bored fighting the noob pirates that come around as temporary replacements in our absense?? NEVER Kheram will be ours again, just as many an R3 camp went up without incident.

LOL thank GOD!! my eyes still burn from that
Glad you liked the vid, Jeddy did a fantastic job on it.

No, smarty mcsmart, the lack of fights is mainly because well.. seemed a lot more fighting went on during UK times rather than the US nightshift time I play at. Plus the war got to a point at the end where the 'good' fights ran out, and it was just a game of who could gank who more. We lost many a straggler and nublar.

It's the sign of a good sport. Exciting fights are exciting fights, whether or not you win. And if it's captured on video, why not present it?

Good vid I enjoyed it and its a shame that I didn't get more Fraps of the war but you guys did seem more active on a different time zone than me and i'm still getting used to hitting that FRAPS button. My apologies to Luminara Jedrick as I did try and contact you (when I was online) after you ahd sugested it in my first vid thread but every time I managed to miss you unfortunately.
I'll keep an eye out for episode two.

It's all about story telling ... This first episode I wanted to be scene & mood setting , while the second episode will go more into the action, character development and other things. The third (!!???).... well that would be telling wouldnt it ..
Glad you liked it though rammy ________________________________________________ The 'Jeddy Bear'

Sorry Osi
While your kills on us are recorded correctly I am afraid your own losses were much higher.
Our own killboard records the following stats:
249 ship kills 69 pod kills --- 318 total kills
It is understandable that people are more likely to post their kills than their losses - we are guilty of it to. Our internal killboard shows only 50 losses to TSDS during that period - as oppossed to the 74 your board shows!

could have been worse, could have been 500 ;) however, where is the link to your killboard? I am quite interested to see what has been missed.
