Innovo Exorsus, gives due notice of intention to Declare War on A Place For Valen Corporation, but due to technical difficulties with the system (petition made) its taking longer than 24 hours to declare war.

Wouldn't it make more sense to wait until the actual wardec goes through? You're just giving your enemy extra time to mobilize.

thats the whole point, we want them to mobilise, cos all they do is run!
we are mobilised in low sec but cos they wont come, we war dec them to go get them out of security space.
so u see we want them to know we are comming

Anyone starting a war for the fun of it should be stopped before they can get started! Killing for a laugh, typical Caldari scrum!

I'm confused, who are you fighting for? I thought this was just a joy ride of mayhem.
If you wish to attack enemies of the Caldari and Amarr they are many (well not really anymore) and I would be more than happy to supply you with a list of sugested targets.
