UK TZ mature player 36 years old
55 mill sp combat specced.
can fly all galante ships that are not mining ships.
vast null sec, low sec and high sec experience.
Suck hard at pvp lol blame my name.
i considered myself a good ceo and in our time of triumph a successful ceo and corp ( thats long gone now as i lack the motivation or care to rebuild mostly because the players today are not what they used to be)
i'm not really sure what i'm looking for but i guess if you was going to stick a lable on me it would have to be pvp though i'm more of a leader at heart. my play time is very limited these days due to work and the missus demanding attention then there are the dogs !! and then more work and some sleep. so me getting involved is going to be very very limited.
I do like to pvp but i grow very bored with it very quickly. kill boards don't concern me and pvp as far as i'm concerned is the second form of play in eve! with leading and building corps as the first form of play. after all.. you cant have your empires unless some one leads you to it. that takes planning and thought.
Recruitment poster spams will be ignored. i may also take some time to respond.. please be patient.
P.S. Im looking for qaulity run corps not half assed aproaches so a we are laid back and fun corp are not what im looking for. i want structure control and some intiative from your player base and its leaders. |

So, in my experience there are lots of different kinds of leaders. I'm gonna oversimplify here to what is important for me.
What type of leader do you consider yourself to be?
- The content creator, that will lead fleets into glorious defeat (or victory ). - The guy that tells people what they can and cannot do and does a lot of `meetings`. |

I wish I could say we would be a good fit, but I dont know. Our corp has gone through major changes recently and we are restructuring. Here, take a look at the forum post and if you have questions feel free to ask. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4826833#post4826833 |

We may be what you are looking for.
TNCA is an 8 year old alliance and i represent Divided Unity, which is our high-sec branch. We have also gone through some changes recently and are looking to re-establish and rebuild after the summer lull.
I am particularly looking for someone who can guide our newer players through creating their own content, be that PVP or otherwise. This would include teaching them the ropes of PVP and all that it entails and very probably providing an introduction into FC'ing small roam fleets as and when it is required.
If this sounds what you could be looking for, please feel free to either mail me or contact me in-game for further details
Regards

a leader must be able to find a balance between the both. i used to be able to, but now finding that balance is a mission much harder to complete. |
