Possibly going to move to 0.0 in a month - 6 months
http://eveboard.com/pilot/Arven_Egdald
(You can move this by the way ISD, I know I'm posting it on GD but don't want to copy and paste the same thing to Skill Discussions. This is your job, thanks.)
I was thinking about training Frig V and possibly Destroyer V on Caldari and Minmattar, then Cruiser V and Battleship V and all the missile skills to V.
What would you train if you were me and moving to 0.0 ? |

1-6 months hey....
This sounds an awful lot like......
hmm, tell me, did whoever recruited you ask for a security deposit of 500mil isk by any chance? GÇ£Some capsuleers claim that ECM is 'dishonorable' and 'unfair'. Jam those ones first, and kill them last.GÇ¥ - Jirai 'Fatal' Laitanen, Pithum Nullifier Training Manual c. YC104 |

Yeah, I'm going to mine like it's 2008 and that is still a relevant scam |

There are 86,400 seconds in a day. You just saved one of them by typing 'u' instead of 'you'.-á Congratulations, dumbass! |

So you gave them 500mil isk. And how much stuff did you give them to transport for 'free'? GÇ£Some capsuleers claim that ECM is 'dishonorable' and 'unfair'. Jam those ones first, and kill them last.GÇ¥ - Jirai 'Fatal' Laitanen, Pithum Nullifier Training Manual c. YC104 |

If you're aware of the scam and you're sure this is legit, then best of luck. I'm not a fan of nul myself, spent a couple of months in Provi and personally found it boring as hell so I can't advise you any further than this really. Nul is not my forte. I was just kidding, I didn't pay goons anything. There's a lot of ways to go to null without that |

If you plan to move to Null to be a part of industry, avoid combat skills, focus on Industry and evasion. Train a new character for combat.
The logic in this is simple. Industry characters don't fight, they avoid it. (bait ships excluded) Training a character is as much about training yourself. Know what you want to do, set a plan to do it. Train to mine and manufacture, train to do it as fast as possible and train skills that allow you to become invisible when a fight happens. "This is my industrial character. PvP means I log out". That sort of mindset.
If something comes up where PvP can't be avoided, you won't be solo in Null. You will be fleeting and a clean cut, low as possible SP alt for pure PvP will be a great asset. You will know why you are logging in, you will know why you have a set of implants in, you will have a cheap clone and you will associate characters with very specific jobs and roles. |

It really depends on what you want to do in null and what your alliance/corp expects from you. Not everybody in null is doing the same thing and not everybody is fighting, but often a corp will expect that you also put in some weight in combat.
For moving around with jump clones (between null and highsec or between different null locations), you'll want - Infomorph Psychology to 4 or 5 (Advanced Infomorph Psychology if you want more) - Infomorph Synchronizing
Here are some things that I would recommend, if you want to start PVP (in spaceships). - Propulsion Jamming ! - Target Management 5 and Advanced Target Management - Sensor Compensation skills, depending on which ships you fly or just all four to 3 / 4 - Fuel Conservation
Your spaceship skills suck, so you probably want to start small. Don't bother with battleship training until you know what you want. Battleships are also not used a lot in combat and even when they are, you can fly smaller support ships with them. - Interceptors - Assault Frigates - Covert Ops * - Electronic Attack Ships * - Interdictors ! *
If you still don't want to fight, but be useful in combat you can also train for Logistic Ships: - Logistics *
* All these require some secondary skills for the fitting. Make up your mind about what you want and find out more about the ships and fittings to make a plan.
Also, I'm here to collect the 500m. |
