Assembly Hall is the place where threadsd come to die I guess or the CSM members are afraid to speak up inregards to the LML Nerf. I can confirm I wont be voting for any of the current CSM members again. Signatured removed, CCP Phantom |

Assembly Hall is more of a place where you petition for a well thought out idea that has survived Features and Ideas.
If you want CSM feedback then you should go to Jita Speakers one section down.
tldr; you are in the wrong forum section. Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective.

Though... to be fair to the ISDs... the purpose of the Assembly Hall is a little vague. It's like F&I and Jita Speakers put together but with far less traffic and more of an "official tone" to it. In many ways it is a little redundant.
But yeah... if you want a higher chance of getting a response then post over in Jita Park Speakers. I would be patient though because...
- responses are generally not that quick to form (lest they create outrage merely from poorly chosen words). - the CSM are not always privvy to everything CCP does or why. - the CSM can't force CCP to do anything (at the end of the day, they are simply regular players who crowdsource and/or vet certain ideas that CCP is working on or thinking about). - you are not always entitled to explanation. Sometimes a change is considered relatively minor and no one feels (or sees) the need to answer for it.
edit: also... after looking at your post history... being less confrontational will often yield more results. No one responds well to hostility or accusations. Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective.

Don't forget the dreaded NDA.
But yes, hostility is simply a way to end up getting threads locked or ignored. "War is not measured in terms of who wins or loses, who is right or wrong.-á It is measured in terms of who survives"-á |

Some people have complained about the LML changes and it is something that has been brought up with CCP as a point of unhappiness with other missile changes and nerfs that have happened.
I don't have a personal opinion about the two topics. I am not a missile user. Low Sec Lifestyle - A Blog |

In regards to your post above, what type of response are you expecting to get? I don't actually see a question in there just statements.
"Assembly Hall is the place where threadsd come to die I guess" Nope, as you can see they are actually read & answered by CSM and CCP.
"CSM members are afraid to speak up inregards to the LML Nerf." You haven't actually stated what your actual problem is with the nerf. As a missile user who has spent the last year flying around in a crow for PvP it was a tad op, missile damage project for its class being the part of the problem. Malediction was in the same way hence they tweaked the platform for the better of all. CSM members being afraid? Why would the be afraid or otherwise?
"I can confirm I wont be voting for any of the current CSM members again" You're going to be seriously disappointed in life if you expect to get what you want by "Throwing your toys out of the pram.". If you want to be taken seriously and not judged to be either a troll or a moody teenage try to put in some effort in your post. For example. - What exactly is the problem with the nerf with some examples / scenarios. - Crunch some numbers on the issue, in this case the theoretical damage output of x/y/z over a/b/c
You don't even have to come up with a solution, just communicate your issue in a polite constructive manner. |
