I just got an enyo recently myself and have tried a couple missions, some with little success, so I'm just curious as to what exactly everybody currently likes to use for level 3 mission in an enyo. ---------- |

4 blasters, 1 rocket launcher 1 AB, 1 web MAPC, 1 explosive passive or nanoadaptive, small armor rep, Mag Field or Cap relay
(Wow it really has been a long time, I don't even remember for sure the slot layout) ------------------------------------------------

Hmm, that looks like a decent close range setup. What about this for a long range setup:
2 X 150mm Prototype Gauss 2 x 125mm Compressed Coil 1 x Arbalest Missile Launcher
Arc-Jet AB Cap Charger/Web
Small Repper II EANM I Adaptive plating II Nanofiber/DCU I
I'm still playing around with this to see what works best with my skills (currently working towards T2 small hybrids) ---------- |

Edited by: Dekiri on 04/08/2006 22:20:38 I am using this setup for a while now and it's probably the best working one. Blasters are a nono since you will encounter webbing frigs or stational webbers wich keep you at 8km or 16km range (at least in the fed navy missions). You wont ever need a web with 125mm II and you really need the cap recharger so i strongly suggest to not modify the mids in this setup.
4x 125mm II , 1x Arbalest standard 1x Gistii AB , 1x named cap recharger 1x SAR II , 1x PDU II The last 2 lows should be fitted according to the missions with either 2x passive armor hardener or 1x hardener and 1x Mag stab II. (against serpentis magstab + thermal hardener / angels 2x explosive hardener and so on....)
always carry antimatter AND lead so you have bouth around 8km and 16km optimal wich will make you able to hit pretty much anything even fully webbed.
You can use another AB, but I would definitly suggest a gistii AB because you will need the speed in certain missions and it does not drain the cap as much as others.
I have yet to find a level 3 mission i could not beat with this setup.
Never forget though that with an AF you always need to be careful about your transversal and you also will have to "split spawns" in some missions.
It is great fun though i would never ever use another ship for level 3 missions.

Similar setup for me
4x125mm t2 + 1x small knave nos 1x ab t2 + 1x Fleeting web 1x small rep t2 + 1 cap power relay + 2 whatever.
2 whatever can be two energized plates (rat specific), 1 adaptive nano + damage mod or, 1 hardener and energized.
orbit a cruiser and nos him whilst you take out the tackling frigs then deal with the rest
