To whom it may concern, Pilots all and individuals alike. Greetings from the fabric of verse. I bare sour news. Several slave worlds where I have remained cloaked in observation freeing those I could I had time to convert the cargo hold of Ghost Wolf into a rogue drone reverse engineering bay.
Now, now, now. ::waves away the lights:: Anyone planning on seeing an ice field has thought of pursuing this hobby. However a Fourth Dimensional variable is threatening results.
From gathered reports it is matter-a-factual information that... unprotected civilian populations are subjected to: -EVP Manipulation. -White Noise generation. -EMI spiking causing fluctuations in biometric read outs. -Improper dispersal of core resonances. -Uncouth privacy practices.
for the purpose of predispositions to slavery.
No one is safe from the influence of the algorithms emanated from the dimensional tribulation.
As a result the turbulence can be monitored and reported about as well as contained to some effect.
The device is simple!
Invented by some chaps at the lab it is called the
Ingress Scanner found on the open market.
Good luck in protecting yourself from this new plague. It will take the unity of stable and consistent minds to overcome the new threat.

A Sansha Tower does not produce core resonance in conjunction with planetary ecology. The mass's magnetolume draws the lumension into a fourth dimensional vortex out of it's normal harmony. Reverse engineered hive mind subjugators suffer under the same magnetic weather patterns as the held.
In space such radio waves can be warped from or are completely avoided by AI sub protocols being read by ship board scanners as cloud disturbances. Shaped by a planets gravitational field these magnetic patterns stretch planes capes. They require constant heat dissipation and mix into dreamscape via the link of brain activity onto the neurotic field.
To compensate the solar systems sun will respond by cooling. Unexplained.
Ingress Scanners locate these... and the action separates the participant from the increasingly chaotic coexistence/counter existence during planar turbulence.
I think it should be a requirement that all citizens of a planets surface participate to some degree in the defense of their dimension.

For a number of years now, work has been proceeding in order to bring perfection to the crudely conceived idea of a transmission that would not only supply inverse reactive current for use in unilateral phase detractors, but would also be capable of automatically synchronizing cardinal grammeters. Such an instrument is the turbo-encabulator.
Now basically the only new principle involved is that instead of power being generated by the relative motion of conductors and fluxes, it's produced by the modial interaction of magneto-reluctance and capacitive directance.
The original machine had a base plate of pre-famulated amulite surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two spurving bearings were in a direct line with the panametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzlevanes, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented.
The main winding was of the normal lotus-o-delta type placed in panendermic semi-boloid slots of the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a non-reversible tremie pipe to the differential girdle spring on the "up" end of the grammeters.
The turbo-encabulator has now reached a high level of development, and itGÇÖs being successfully used in the operation of novertrunnions. Moreover, whenever a forescent skor motion is required, it may also be employed in conjunction with a drawn reciprocation dingle arm, to reduce sinusoidal repleneration.
It's not cheap, but I'm sure CONCORD will buy it. Prime Node. Ask me about augmentation.

otto out I think that a simple hemispherical screen of Isogen-5, no more than a millimeter thick, put in proper resonance with the interdimensional scalar field through a common fluid antenna at the apex, should reliably protect the civilian population from this horrible menace, if strategically placed on the wearer's cranium with the antenna aligned towards the planet's nearest magnetic pole. Actually, to optimize the expenses if mass manufactured to distribute among the affected citizens, I think we can replace Isogen-5 with aluminium and lose only 9% in protection efficiency.

I think you could achieve greater effect, if you put into this hemisphere of Isogen-5 about 15 kg of a metal, atoms of which contain 141 neutrons and 92 protons each. |

Boosters are boring, if you're not going into combat. Just hire a few pharmacists to tailor some nice personal concoctions to your particular neurological make-up and tastes. Best investment I ever made. Prime Node. Ask me about augmentation.
