Is there any approximate timeframe as to when the authenticated CREST endpoints are going to be tested/accessible? |

Hopefully testable on Sisi in a few weeks, but not to TQ for some time as there are a few issues that need to be sorted out.

So there shouldn't be explicit rules at all? Just 'Don't be bad' and 'We can ban you at any time for breaking the rules we won't tell you'? |

I have updated it slightly to be a bit more descriptive. We don't really have any rules for the API other than what the developers license sets out. If you want explicit rules look to that. The FAQ and guidelines are not rules, they are guidelines, things to help guide you.
I really don't know what other rules we have...

One in particular that I have been looking for is cache scraping and when it is or isn't allowed. I've seen conflicting official sources and it's been driving me up the wall. |

Cache scraping is, officially, against the rules.
CCP will not approve it.
They've just said that, if you're not doing anything else against the rules, they won't act against it.
(It's not good. but I can understand it. Long term, they're planning on removing the cache.)
Woo! CSM 9!
