Is a system with a rating of -0.07 classed as nullsec?
And going by the map system security rating goes down to -0.09 and lower, so as Concord presence ceases at 0.0, does that mean null sec gets more dangerous the lower the minus rating it gets? |

The closer you get to -1 the better the ore and anoms get.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't really give me any answers.
System B-R5RB where I am heading for has a security rating of -0.07, and several of the surrounding systems also have security ratings of -0.0n.

You must not have read it then.
Q: Is a system with a rating of -0.07 classed as nullsec?
Copy and pasted from the article that didn't give any answers:
True Security
A given system's security level is actually a real number between -1.0 and 1.0 (this is known as the system's True Security Level, True-Sec, or Truesec). It is modified and rounded and displayed as the system's security level according to the following rules: [3] -1.0 to 0.0 = nullsec 0.0 to 0.05 = rounded up to lowsec (0.1 security level) 0.05 to 0.45 = rounded half up (lowsec) 0.45 to 1.0 = rounded half up (highsec) For nullsec systems it may be useful to know a system's true security, as even though all nullsec systems are displayed as "0.0" in the game, they have true security ratings from -1.0 up to 0.0 - and this true security rating affects various game mechanics, such as asteroid belt and rat quality. A system's rounded truesec value is available via the in-game map, and the unrounded value can be found through the official datadump or any third-party utilities that use the datadump or the data extracted from it.

I did read the link.
I'm going by what the map says regarding system security status when you place the cursor over the o, and for B-R5RB it says -0.07. |

I was never good at maths at school and since - was good at woodwork though.
SO, as B-R5RB is -0.07 does that make its security rating really -1.0, or really really dangerous? |

the Book of Armaments, Chapter 4, Verses 16 to 20: wrote:Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ...
And the Lord spake, saying, First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shalt be three.
Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three.
Five is right out.
Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.

Please specify species of wood, and brand of CNC machine as well as the brand and type of milling bit being used. Also, what is the tolerance of the hole specification?

Ok.. NOW we can math this thing out. Seeing as that Azob+¬ is a dense hardwood, we can assume that we wont have any hole splintering or tearout as we approach the end of the hole. Ill go ahead and assume that the bit is a quality American manufactured piece and not a cheap one, so we can assume that the flutes are true and centered. If we take into account the tolerances specified above, and a small margin for error due to stacking of tolerances and the quality of the retrofitting, tolerances in programming and general skill of the programmer, we can safely assume that a system with -0.07 is indeed ******* Nullsec.

That depends entirely upon how you define "dangerous".
If it was elitely dangerous, more than likely you would be spending a **** load of money just to be a glorified beta tester.
But if you define danger by the actual amount of danger you are in at any given moment, seeing as that I routinely fly into null in nothing but fresh characters in unfit noobships and are able to routinely shut down entire systems full of ratters simply by being in local, and have yet to this date suffered a loss at the hands of a vengeful prober or angry industrialist with d-scan skills and the ability to warp to a planet, id say enjoy your time in harmless **** talking fluffy bunny land.
Seeing that both -.07 and -.09 will both be rounded up in the system to -.1, one could safely say that both are equally "dangerous".
