Skills: Removed the 24 hour limit for skill training queues Frigate Construction has been renamed to Advanced Small Ship Construction Cruiser Construction has been renamed to Advanced Medium Ship Construction Battleship Construction has been renamed to Advanced Large Ship Construction Industrial Construction has been renamed to Advanced Industrial Ship Construction Reverse Engineering has been renamed to Sleeper Encryption Methods The Bomb Deployment skill now decreases the reactivation delay of Bomb Launchers by 10% per level instead of 5%.
does this mean I will be able to Q up as many skills as I want without having to log in afters? |

Well, you will still have to update it every once in a while to add skills you ahve trained the prereq for.
But in general, yes.

Many of my accounts are not really used, I log on quickly for a minute to set a new skill. So that account isn't really adding much to the numbers either way, difference now that I will not really have to log them on at all after setting a queue that lasts 2 years.

Yeah, because people coming to the game for 2 minutes every "x" days to update with a new long skill will make a huge impact on log in numbers.

what this will impact is sub numbers.
An example, Bob is going on a long deployment and won't have computer access for a year. He has the money right now to pay fo an eve account for the year, but wih the 24 hour skill queue, his longest skill is 60 days. So Bob decides to just cancel his sub, but two plexes, use them, set the skill, and deal with it when hes home.
But now, with this gone, bob can set a 1-2 year queue, pay for the year and come home to shiney new ships.
The same goes for people who take breaks when they are gone for long periods of time. They can now chose not to so they can keep skilling.

Well it seems like CCP seagulls vision is to take the game forward to a point where people WANT to log on rather than relying some artificial mechanic to force them to.
That has got to be a good path to take.
