Hello,
Over my years of using over the internet of support of which we also pay for as part of the $15 a month. Why is CCP not placing more staff in this area to answer questions? One of my questions took over one weeks time before it got look at and then after each reply it took other day before any answer could be made. Maybe set a goal to answer most questions in 48 hours?
Other thing I would like to point out is making a support ticket is hidden from website part of things. Why can't we get this placed in with our account management area? Since we are making things "easier" to do in eve. |

then go support page ? be confused were to go?
then you find were to go? yes!
then file which toon etc etc
Anyways it's much easier to file in game then out of game at this point.
The waiting period begins during this time! |

You should have a look at the Archeage forums - apart from the fun of seeing Sol and Djentropy going another round, the customer support times there are positively glacial. Sometimes you dont realise how good you've got it until you see someone else doing it shockingly badly! |

I learn one thing over those years never never i will use support/tickets anymore. I got ban for a reasons that the can not explaine. Because of there own program called friend buddy...... Yah thats was a lesson i learn on the hard way if there is a problem i fixs it my self. |

And the game is horrible! I mean, it's actually not bad but PvP is so horrible meaningless I wanna stab everyone and even if I do no one but myself suffers for it! No losses whatsoever! A fecking carebear game!
Still looking for something at least half as meaningfull as EVE.
The Solecist in me loves walking around in underwear though, picking up flowers and mining.
Yeah mining. I run around a stupid mountain and keep mining the same **** over and over because crafting that crap is the fastest way to lvl up to reach actual half decent gameplay aka PvP, which starts at fecking lvl30!
Yeah you see me pissed so much.

Tell me about it, I gave it a shot, and although I found some things hilarious (jacking a guys ship while he was chasing a friend around nearby and making his guildies chase me across the ocean to get it back), and gliding, how I loved gliding, I quickly realised that it was all meaningless (although, how some folks wail over meaningless losses!). I think EvE has broken me for pretty much any game without chance to lose big.

I have dealt with many many game customer support departments, and CCP's is by far one of the fastest and most polite.
Contact EA. Youll see what the true meaning of slow REALLY is...
Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

So far in 11 years of CCP support Ive had timely answers to timely issues, even some idiot facepalm ones they answered quickly. Tbh I wouldnt complain much theyre pretty good. And my GF has worked as a GM in other games and tells me enough horror stories to satisfy me with CCPs speediness.
Strength isnt measured in numbers but in force of will. For if one motived willful individual stands many will fall around him that are weak.

Personally I cannot say anything negative about support times in EVE.
Everything was handled in a very timely manner and to my utter satisfaction. Only the launcher issues in late 2013 took longer until they were resolved.
Remove insurance.
This thread is the reason, why CCP should stop advertising any aspect of EVE PvE

CCP's customer support system is the best I've yet to experience. The best, that is, compared to a wide variety of bad customer support systems. Not saying it's perfect, just that it's better than everything else. Kinda like how having no poop on your bedroom floor is better than having some poop.

I made a few tickets over the years, I think the longest I waited was two weeks and that was for a reimbursement, so that really did not bother me, was a nice surprise to get my ship back though lol.

Just be glad CCP didn;t outsource their CS to some other country or something that have their monkeys give you canned responses like "restart your PC if your patch is broken" or "please type command prompt and type ipconfig blah to fix your socket close and turn on and off your modem" and other silly **** that is so basic it makes EVE players cry.
Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

In my years of on off eve, I had the chance to file a total 3 tickets. all of them got back to me within a day and the longest regarding reimbursement took 3 days to resolve. CCP has one of the better turnaround times to me, compared to many other games.
Of course if you stay civil and try to provide as much information as possible it helps clear the cases much more quickly.

CCP's support function is admirable, admiral. People who aren't happy with it are usually people trying to circumvent the system, who get PO-ed when they get found out and the door slammed in their faces. Then they come in here and rant as though they're a font of authority, but all along they're not telling the WHOLE story.
Good work CCP. Good work you staff members who put in the great effort.
You "honest" critics? Get a life. No, really.

Hover over it with your mouse and find the entry 'Support' (just over half way down between the entries 'Account Management' and 'EVE Store'). On the Account Management page itself it is right on top of the page. The same goes for the Community page, etcetera etcetera. At most it's two clicks away....
That said this thread gets a lock for discussing GM correspondence.
