Hello!
I recently upgraded to a 1 month subscription to EVE, but apparently my account didn't upgrade?
I just bought a nicer ship, but i'm not allowed to train a skill, (Mining Barge level 1) because it says "Skill can not be trained on trial accounts". I created my account with the free trial, liked the game, and purchased a subscription. My account information says I have 36 days until my next billing, does that mean I need to wait 6 more days for my account to fully upgrade? I'd like to research the skill and take my new ship out for a spin .
Can anyone explain what is going on here?

Firstly, does the skill just say that in the description, or are you getting an error? If it's just that the skill says that in the description, well it says the same for me. It's a description.
If it is giving an error, have you logged out and logged in since the account upgrade? If not, do so. A relog is required for trial-full conversion to be picked up by the client.
If you have and you're still getting errors, then F12 -> support ticket. |

This shows on all skills that cannot be trained on trial accounts and that information is visible to everyone, including subscribed accounts. It's just information.
If you upgraded your account while in-game it may take a relog as your current session may not "recognize" that you're now a subscribed account.
If you can't inject said skill(s) to begin training them, having met any requirements (many skills will require that you've trained another skill to a certain level first), then and you've relogged then you'll want to open a support ticket to have that issue looked into. |

2 possibilities
A.
Are you looking at a skill description that has the yellow text saying it can only be trained by full accounts?
This is just a general text description. No matter if you are 1 day old or 11 years in game, you will see that message. If you are on a paid account, you can just ignore it.
B.
Are you getting the error when you try to inject the skillbook?
This means that the server still thinks you are on a trial account. If you upgraded while in game, a relog can and should fix that. The server only checks for trial/paid account while you log in so any change while you are logged in only goes through on the next log in to the server.
If that doesn't fixes it, file a petition to CCP under the billing category and they will look into the reason why it doesn't recognize you as a paid account.
Keep in mind, in the past, if you used PayPal to upgrade, it could take up to 3 workdays before the actual transaction comes through and the server recognizes your account as full.
