I've been playing around with a Loki fit for Wormhole PVE. It will be part of a gang with one or two others. We'll start with probers first to find the sites and then return with DPS boats, of which this will be one, to finish the job. Any advice much appreciated.
Questions 1) Is it basically sensible? 2) Is the tank & damage output enough?
It tanks 397 (armor) + 15 (shield regen) HP/s. It will do this for 3 minutes and 35 seconds. DPS is 175.
Analyser is necessary as it will fall to me to hack the relic/data sites. Warp scrambler is intended to draw aggro as required.

You're definitely trying to do to many thing in one go. We have Mobile Depots these days so you can carry an analyzer in your cargo and equip it when you need it.
We have a nice thread going in the wormhole section that i would suggest you have a browse through.

I wish I could tell you you were just fitting it wrong but the truth of the matter is that cloaky Lokis are terrible. In fact, Lokis are pretty bad damage boats in PvE no matter how you fit them. You're not doing yourself any real favors trying to do both a covops cloak and a nullifier and honestly pairing all that with a setup that's dependent on cap charges just seems.... awful.
But it might work. And I don't see anything obviously better that fits your seeming criteria. |

For WH PVE the Loki is really only good at webbing battleships so your dreads can hit them. |

Thanks for the replies. Clearly I'm going down the wrong direction with this fit.
Would a Hurricane be a good starting place for a two/three person minmatar gang looking to pop in and ninja an easy c1/c2 site? |

You clearly have Minmatar Cruiser 5 trained; have you considered using a HAC? Fast and agile so you can GTFO if needed.
