1 PLEx for second remap of the year, separate cooldown. Maximum 2 total remaps per year: 1 free, 1 bought with PLEx.
I'd agree with it, even if I don't use it. But who knows, maybe I would someday.
Fit a warfare link to your tech 1 battlecruiser. Train Wing Commander. Get in the Squad Commander or Wing Commander position. Your fleets will be superior to everyone else's. (had this sig BEFORE Odyssey BC rebalance)

bad idea as a newbro here is my 2 cents. attribute remapping should be done away with completely, keep them at a constant 25 or 27. Keep implants the way they are. There is enough difficulty in the game planning which 3d long skills to train, having to min/max attributes adds needless frustration to the player, especially new ones who might remap improperly or change their training plans. It is especially burdensome when a corp might ask you to train EWAR, but then you leave that corp and join one that wants you to specialize in mining. Min/Maxing attributes is just bad game design unless they are kept at a constant value with only implants effecting them or give a free remap once a month (once a year is insane) |

There used to be trainable skills that would boost a players attributes. It was flexible in that if your training plan changed, you could train up a few points in whatever you needed at the time. This system was removed and now we can remap once a year, which doesn't help if your training plan drastically changes.
I didn't think that asking for a remap option was play to win, or unfair as it would be available to everyone, and also return a bit more flexibility to us. |

I just feel that this would return a bit more flexibility to us. Attributes used to be fixed, which gave no flexibility.
The learning skills were removed because of their lack of flexibility. Having the feeling you need to train something, that took time away from actually skilling up game play related skills, was bad. Even though I lost a small amount each day after the change, I fully agreed with it.
To try and use learning skills as a reason to back your idea, does exactly the opposite.
It was going to be every six months, when remapping was introduced. It was actually changed to a year, due to player concern. Sure CCP may change it. I'm not sure how far they will go, with some of the recent changes in mind. But from what I have seen, most dislike the idea.

It's also worth bearing in mind that new players get the 35 day booster and 2 free remaps as well. If the NPE is enhanced to piont out the value of such things (along with information on hoe to make best use of them) I think we would see some rise in retention rates (Although not that much...I have a feeling only ~%50 players stay as its a marmite game, love it or hate it).
Once you are past the first month or two you'll either be getting to grips with the attributes/implants/skill queue mechanism or thinking of moving to another game. |

No, it's pay for win.
The more Skillpoints you have the better (even more after removal of clones). You have a limitation by using imps (up to +5) but adding the possibility to plex the remaps would give you the possibility to 100% optimze your learning queue just by sepnding money aka plex.
