We are a production based corporation looking to expanding our mining and other operations. We provide many benefits to our pilots, including: Monthly Profit Sharing or Stock Options; the choice is yours. Our pilots may receive a share of the corporate profits each month or for long term planning they may instead receive regular shares of stock and then resell them to the corporation as they need capital. In either case as the corporation prospers so do our pilots. Mature Friendly Environment; we have an average age of 36 in our corporation, meaning our pilots have been around a while and understand how to have a good time without being offensive to others. We have our own Ventrilo server for corporate operations and you will always find the comms channel relaxed and fun to just sit and listen to. Free Gear; we of course maintain a corporate hanger and allow our pilots access. Free gear includes many tech one modules, all ammo, many skill books as well as mining ships being provided. Group Activities: The Corporation currently has three scheduled ops every week; this means you will be able to work with our members instead of alone in most cases. In fact we maintain a fairly steady stream of pilots from down time to about 3:00 AM EVE. New Player and Female Friendly: Many corporations will welcome newly licensed pilots but they will feel out of sorts and wonder if they are contributing. At Infinite Dreams we began the corporation as entirely new pod pilots and so we maintain a special place in our hearts for new graduates of the various academies. We will help you find a place to be a vital part of our corporation right from the start. Females are another part of EVE that are welcome but many times are not comfortable. With a female serving on our Board of Directors we have worked hard to make sure our corporate comms are kept respectful to female pilots. Large Contact Base: Infinite Dreams is also part of the Kimotoro Directive and thus allows you a chance to work with the other pilots of the Directive. This means you will be hard pressed to ever find a time when there is no one on to speak with or help if needed. We have openings in the following Corporate Divisions: Excavation: You can never have enough miners and so we are always looking for more. Miners are the backbone of any production corporation and we treat them as such with free mining equipment and ships up to the Medium Barge level. Production: Since we are a production corporation skilled production workers are vital. We do have openings for one or two skilled production people in the creation of ships and munitions. R&D Our R&D Division is just getting started but we have big plans for down the road, we are in need of one or two more R&D Specialists to fine tune this division. Transportation A much neglected part of many production corporations is in the area of transport pilots. We however know the value of these pilots and work to support them actively including the purchase of ships up to Badger II. Security As a member of the Kimotoro Directive much of our security is filled by Directive pilots. However we would be remiss if we did not maintain our own security force. Combat orient pilots also contribute with mission running and rat hunting to the corporation. While our needs here are not pressing we do have room for pilots that prefer this way of life.

Dedicated to the growth of the Corporation. Our pilots put their personal plans and desires in place so as they work toward the growth of the corporation first. We ask all new pilots to make the corporation their number one priority and in return the corporation will take care of them. We do not ask for monetary donations but we do ask for any salvage that they will not use personally to be put in the corporate hanger and we ask for donations of ore from private mining operations. The corp and the State come first, take care of those and they will take care of you. Mature behavior required, as stated we are a female friendly corporation this means that we ask our pilots to show restraint in language and other materials so as to maintain an adult but friendly environment. Security Status of 0.0 or higher. We are not actively seeking highly skilled PVP players nor are we wanting to be a place for pirates to seek redemption. If you are a PVP player and interested we will direct you to one of our alliance partners which are more combat oriented. Role-play Potential: While Infinite Dreams is not a hardcore RP corporation we are RP based and ask our pilots to keep open channel communications in character. We are Caldari based and will RP this, not just by our words but by our actions as well. Now the problem I see is the sec status is not enough to tell who is a pirate and who is not and if you pvp your sec status will definetly vary depending on who fires first. And if you have no pvp experience then your sec status will be 0.0 or higher...hmm. Could you expand on this?

First you have confused some of what was stated, we are not looking for heavy or active PVP players. Infinite Dreams is a Mining/Industrial Corporation, not a combat unit. Low status is TYPICAL of PVP players and Pirates. However I guess I can see the other point of confusion. Basically Infinite Dreams is not looking for warriors but rather business people and hard workers. I don't like PvP but when time comes I defend Infinite Dreams Inc and the Directive. My loyalty is towards all the members in the Directive and the Caldari state. As Svanh said, we are a industrial/mining corporation. We in ID is not geared towards PvP. But we will defend ourself.

Cloora Caldari Bona Pars	Posted - 2007.01.10 20:56:00 - [21] Hello! I am currantly in a corporation that is not meeting my needs as a pilot. All I seek is comraderie and the chance to make a differance. As of now, the corporation I am in is not very active and doing thier own thing. As for my skills, I am experianced in combat but right now mining is more of my specialty. I am working on being very capable in both fields to contribute in resources or protection to other miners. I currantly operate several ships with my Procurer Mining Barge being my Flagship. My main combat ship is a Merlin outfitted with an assortment of missile and rail gun systems. I am still fairly green as a pilot in general (only about 2 million SP) but I am eager to find a hime to fit in!
