The way CCP modeled the WHs in eve is literally the physically correct way of modelling a wormhole in 3d space(A 3d sphere reflecting the universe around it)
At least according to Kip Thorne, the brain behind "Interstellar"'s science and visual effects. |

Well, I didn't use the expression "brains" for nothing.
Kip Thorne IS a theoretical physicist.

.... Considering it based on theories in quantum mechanics originally devised to explain what goes on in black holes (where the laws of Newton give up and have a drink). I could as easily say you wouldn't see it at all.
We know black holes exist, we can note their effects. However wormholes are a mathematicians wet dream with no evidence anywhere ever to say they exist.
Even your physicist friend thinks they could only potentially exist at the centre of a black hole... where you cant see... and more importantly, is just as likely to be where dragons live.

I can't find the video now (which is annoying me) but I remember Hilmar (or perhaps Torfi) talking about how they designed wormholes deliberately to look "correct" according to Science.

"This just in...." That's what he said.
Treason never prospers. What is the reason?
Why, if it prospers, none dare call it "treason."

At least according to Kip Thorne, the brain behind "Interstellar"'s science and visual effects. You just realised that? I'm pretty sure that was mentioned in the original devblog when the WH's were introduced...
