Having integrity, sticking to your word, and following the rules doesn't make you an idiot...it just makes you a decent guy.
They were not made, and they never will be. That feature died on the vine like every affront to the sandbox should.
Last I heard, the dojo thing has been relegated to testing use on sisi, and maybe some applications running some of the bigger tournaments.
I can't exactly remember where I read it, but I do remember seeing a CCP type say "We have absolutely no intention of rolling this thing out on TQ."
Plus, the guy who was actually working on it is long gone for Riot.
It isn't really hard, but I think there are customers that you can lose in a good way and there's customers that you can lose in a bad way. If people come in and fundamentally don't like EVE Online, then I think that might be a good way of losing customers. . -á--CCP Soundwave

And don't even get me started about the qualifications and psych evals to be a time traveling assassin. Yeah well obviously there's a fine line here but I think CODE clearly crosses it. If they just ganked, whatever. It's not really about the ganking, it's the bigger picture plus the fact that it's not a clearly predefined role, it's something you really have to carve out for yourself. They carved it out and then went a hundred extra miles to troll/infuriate their victims. Sociopaths? Probably only a very few of them. Extremely poor taste? Certainly in the context of this quote. We want people to get involved in making content. Either as a CODE. agent or an anti-code white knight. At a minimum you need to learn how to look up proper fittings and learn a little bit about tanking your ship. Why? Why do you care if other people are involved in making content? Who are you to decide whether people should be forced into conflict? If you want conflict, go to low/null...why are you trying to force it on highsec players who don't want it?
Because they impact the game. If they just want to fly big ships they can go on the test server and we won't mess with them. But they have a big impact on the profits of hauling and mining,
If you don't want conflict there are a dozen MMOs much better suited to your playstyle. |

Because those players that try to avoid starship combat PVP in game force market PVP upon everyone by their actions. Mining and selling the ore on the market is every bit as much a form of PVP as camping a lowsec gate and killing anyone that comes through.
Yep...they are "forcing" PvP on you. The same way that a pizzeria owner is forced into PvP by a competitor, and therefore why he responds with PvP of his own by burning down the competitor's store. PvP at its finest. |

No. When your entire purpose in playing the game is to induce real life rage and sadness, and then to post that on the minerbumping.com website, real life comparisons are perfectly appropriate. Deal with it. |
