In transport mode, it holds as much as a freighter. Slow to align, but lots of hull HP. If it switches to blockade runner mode, it becomes small and aligns fast, and can use a covert ops cloak. The extra stuff in cargo gets stored in another dimension and can only be retrieved if it switches to transport mode. If it gets destroyed, the cargo is safe until that player gets a new tactical hauler. Its third mode is offense mode, which gives it the ability to use a siege module and up to three capital turrets, while also being able to field ten fighters and it can also use the remote ECM and a superweapon.
All of these things can be fit passively onto the ship in any mode. Also if the ship's HP reaches zero, it folds itself into another dimension and you can unfold it back from there any time after you get to safety, including from your home system hangar. And it can fit clone vat bay and it has 10,000,000m3 ship maintenance bay while in any mode.
Fit a warfare link to your tech 1 battlecruiser. Train Wing Commander. Get in the Squad Commander or Wing Commander position. Your fleets will be superior to everyone else's. (had this sig BEFORE Odyssey BC rebalance)

Why would CCP ever make one ship that invalidates several entire ship classes?
The point of the ship balancing is to pick the right tool for the job, not have one that can do anything. Oh, and absolutely, unequivocally no to Q-ships. There is no justifying them.
Non combat ships are non combat ships for a reason. Just like with before, pick the right tool for the job. If you want guns, fly a combat ship. If you want a cloak, fly a cloaked ship. And if you want a hauler, fly a hauler.

I want a Q-ship that actually transforms into anything you want, but maintains its old stats on top of the stats of what it transformed into. And it should have Aegis Destroyer capability too.

I dunno, it feels kinda unbalanced to me. Maybe if it had auto-Concord capabilities where it summons Concord ships to sit on grid with it and protect it from ganks, then it might be fair. Either that, or give it interdiction nullifiers and D-Scan immunity. |

Not only that but nobody would use such a piece of garbage unless it also has an AoE doomsday in offensive mode that works on Subcaps.
Even then nobody would bother with it unless it were T1 with BPOs seeded in every system for 5 ISK and it has a 6 tritanium material requirement. |

Actuall it should just replace the rookie ship. Anyone who docks up just gets one. We want to make Eve attractive to the newer players. |
