I wanted to know if it was possible to learn and train to level 4, almost lvl 5, this skill without Amarr Battlecruise liv 3. I hope you answer me a GM so well understand the meaning of my ticket but I also appreciate answers from experienced players playing for several years.

Amarr Battlecruiser III is a pre-requisite for training Amarr Battleship I. I says so in the description you linked. |

Nope. You need Amarr BC to train Amarr BS.
This wasn't always the case. But it has been this way for a few years now. |

therefore it is impossible to pull this skill to level 4 unless you have first pulled the skill Amarr Battlecruise liv 3, right? here this was what I wanted to know |

This wasn't always the case. But it has been this way for a few years now. Since: http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/the-great-skill-change-of-blessed-2013/
The current ("new") progression is: * Frigate 3 -> Destroyer 1 * Destroyer 3 -> Cruiser 1 * Cruiser 3 -> Battlecruiser 1 * Battlecruiser 3 -> Battleship 1 * Battleship 3 -> Carrier 1, Dreadnought 1, Titan 1
Navy ships require level 2. T2 require level 5 (only exception: jump freighters).
Note that turrets and missiles also use level 3 as the stepping-stone. |

in practice, you're confirming that if you have not driven the skill BC Amarr liv 3 can not learn and train the skill nor Amarr BS in liv liv 4 almost 5. thanks for the information to all those who responded |

Well...
If you already have the Amarr Battleship skill trained to "lvl 4 almost lvl 5" from before the changes that were made last year, you're free to train it to lvl 5.
You only need Amarr Battlecruisers 3 to inject the skillbook. Training injected skills doesn't actually have requirements.

If you have injected the skill you can train it.

After discussing for several posts with GM we concluded that some do not remember that before the introduction of BC and destroy racial skill you could not inject the skill if you did not have the skill requirements of the same, for example. (I want to inject the skill titan Amarr and according to what you say I can inject despite not having the minimum requirements to be able to inject and train it) from what I remember I once skillava Fregate ----> destroy (no racial, and after came the racial) ----> cruise ------> battlecruise (no racial, and arrived after the race) -----> battleship, +/- was so before, after expansion were introduced skills racial says

no you place the screeshot of the answers that were given to me by a person, however I do not understand when I started playing, (2011), to be able to fly with my raven I had skillare Battlecruise the skill to level 3 or 4 do not remember well with the changes the fact that they do not have to raise the skill Battlecruise and Cruise Cruise and turn them into Battlecruise racial racial by splitting points so as the saying libk over now then and now if you do not have the minimum requirements to be able to inject the skill you tell me how did you bring it to level 4 if he had not the minimum requirements to inject and logically train her? As I wrote privately to the person with whom I have had quite a debate in the game right from the beginning of the forum will continue in EVE is all important Forum of online games in the world solely to demonstrate the liv attention by certain people work for the CCP against those who are NOT PAY un'accaunt get ASSISTANCE professional objective, since it is clear the situation. I apologize to anyone I may have bothered with my post, but STASTO done just because the behavior of certain people should not be tolerated by the specter of being banned.
I believe that if a person has REASON must fight for that REASON even at the expense of being BANNED. I think I was very diplomatic in expressing my dissent from the conclusion, excuse the term, (the ****) to my question. the purpose is not to verify is to try to meet and exceed a customer PAY, that nothing remains that if the customer is wrong then you try to make him understand where wrong. not like some people who say, "NOT 'SO TELL ME HOW AND THUS' THE QUESTION FOR US AND CLOSED", but closed thing I wonder are you assisting a customer is at least you have to be fairly comprehensive and educated in trying to let him know where he is wrong, although I believe even now that I am right. Riangrazio all players who responded to my post, because even after that will publish the other post, not here of course, I doubt that it can answer. a greeting ALL and FLY SAFE ALL |

If you already have a skill injected, you can train it to whatever level you like.
If I understand correctly you already had the Amarr BS skill, but since then CCP changed the requirements.
In other words. The requirements are for what you can inject. They do not affect what you can train already.
So if I don't have a skill injected, then I will require certain skills to inject it. If changes took place and I already have the skill, the new requirements do not stop me training it. In the case of Amarr Battleship, it would also not stop me from flying the ship.
This is why, way before CCP made changes. They let it be known that what you can fly before the changes, you can fly after them.

no it is not entirely true because when I try to go up a Amarr Battleship tells me that I have not Battlecruise Amarr, therefore the minimum requirements for skills apply to the ship. also my problem and that before the change, I assume, this character had already coached Battlecruise is with the changes have not been reported in their liv skill racial regarding battlecruise. In fact if you look at the requirements in a Amarr Battleship'll see that you are missing their requirements like this:

If you read that link, it quite clearly states that whatever you could fly before, you'll be able to fly after.
Quote:Skill changes under the microscope
Except for the Navy Battleships, Destroyers and Battlecruisers (whose reimbursement is detailed in the next part) all the affected ships will still be flyable even after the change with no fancy reimbursement, provided you can fly them on Tranquility right now. This works because once a particular skill is trained, the system doesnGÇÖt care about sub-requirements anymore. Theoretical and unlikely example: you have Amarr Battleship 1 and Amarr Cruiser 3 currently trained. You are pod-killed without having a proper clone, and Amarr Cruiser 3 is reduced to 2. You will still be able to fly the Armageddon, as long as Amarr Battleship 1 is retained. That quote even fits your case. So I suggest you get an Amarr BS and fly it.
