New Keno Lottery!!!!!
Gameplay:
The first partL The player send me the money for the ticket, and in evemail 10 numbers between 1 and 100.
This part of the game takes 1 week from begining. After this week i close the ticket buy.
The second part: All the gived numbers would be showed on the forum(so everyone can controll every number)
and i calculate a little statistic: which number was used how much time. The 10 most used numbers would be the
winner numbers. If anyone had this 10 numbers, then is a winner and got the 80% of the money + The Jackpot. If noone have this 10 numbers, then:
9 number - 50 %
8 number - 40 %
7 number - 30 %
6 number - 20 %
5 number - 10 %
Every time win just the man with the most number. If 2 players have 9 numbers then both got 25-25%.
The winner with 10 numbers got 80% + Jackpot: The Jackpot is now 1.000.000 ISK, but if in a game noone win with 10 numbers, then the Jackpot would incrased with the money what is left from the 80%.
Let see an example:
They would sold 50 tickets. We have 2 winners with 8 numbers: Both winner got 10Mil, and the Jackpot would incrased with 20Mil. So in next play the Jackpot would be 21Mil. If in next game we would have the same situation as before, the Jackpot would in the 3rd game 41Mil. If in 3rd game we sold again 50 tickets and we would have a winner with 10 numbers, he would take 40Mil + 41Mil Jackpot.
If u buy more than 1 ticket u have 2 possibilities. You use the same numbers for all tickets, so bigger chance that this numbers wins, or use different numbers, so you have more numbers in game, maybe one win :)
The ticket price is 1.000.000 ISK
No ticket limit

This is a bit rough, as it stands, since you send the numbers, you can simply ensure that no one has more than one or two of the big 10 each lottery.
As well, the % doesnt make sense.
For instance, 50 entries with two people hitting 9 numbers, each would split 50% of the take and the jackpot. This by my calculations comes out to 13 million isk apiece.[1/4 x 50=12.5 +1/2 of 1 mil=13 mil] Yet you only have 10 million isk apiece in your example.
What happens if someone hits 5 numbers and someone hits 9 numbers?
What prevents you from scamming people other thana your word?
You dont actualy seem to make money off this scam except as a pyramid or as a straight scam. Why is there no profit motive in it?
Anyway, until you either make public the tickets at the end of the deal, or produce the numbers on the fly for each participant[I.E. Set up a website for number purchase/recording] then there isnt any way we can be assured it isnt a scam.
