Bought the second decade set, and redeemed my codes. the account management said i had gotten a long list of items. also claimed the plex, ship skin, and arm. go to log in and only the plex ship skin and arm where there. it has now been 6 hours roughly and they still have not shown up. did this happen to anyone else? |

Ok several things
Some items are for dust and some are for valkrie Make sure you have everything for eve and check your hanger where you redeemed your items
Then if you are sure your still missing items open a support ticket, include a list of items your missing eventually a gm will respond

When I got my second edition, I went through account management and redeemed both Eve Online codes. Logged in and saw stuff missing. Redeemed items. Went back to account management and it accepted one of my codes again. Logged in and redeemed second lot of items.
My guess is that the account management page can only accept one code per session. |

I tried this again, it says my code has already been claimed, and will not allow me to enter it a second time. i looked under transaction history and its not even showing up there, though my other cards and voucher redeems are. i submitted a ticket, just got to wait for gm to respond
