With numerous people always rushing out to nullsec to grab sov to build supers every mirror, I was wondering. Would it be feasible to allow players to bump the sov index's themselves? I mean just like moveme in a way CCP does it if they are on ( and have time ). It could be as simple as /sovereignty [system name] strategic/military [level number] allowing us to bump up or down sov levels of systems for testing along side building supers.
This would also have to have a restriction to your own alliance/corporation to avoid other players screwing with your personal index's but I find it to be pretty straight forward. Thoughts? |

This is already on my list to look at. I assume we would skip all arguments and it just bumps the current system to max level. In this case: Do you think it would be needed to still restrict it by corporation / alliance or should it always be okay to bump to max level?

If you always bump it to max level that should be fine. I can't recall if ihub upgrades are purchasable in every seeded station on SiSi; however.if they are not I would recommend either seeding them or adding a text command to spawn them in the user's inventory IF they have sov in EVE. Probably limit this command's use to once or twice per day.

In that case it wouldnt matter so the restriction wouldnt be needed. Glad to see its in the works |

Being able to devhack the 7 day rule for anchoring towers would be awesome |

Why not just have all the indices in all the systems set to 5 permanently?

This would prevent proper testing of a system with a lower level - for example that exploration sites are removed correctly when the military index drops.

If I were to ask about getting an entire region bumped. Would it be as easy as doing one system or would it have to be done individual systems at a time? I own all but 6 systems in the region in question. |

That sucks. Oh well ill just wait for the devhack to do it myself then. |

You guys should just get it over with and seed supers. There's no "TESTING" going on. just chest beating I have 5674 Nyxes and Aeon gangs doing same cough "testing" every mirror. |

Since theres no thread for general suggestions for devhacks, I would like to add one to this thread if CCP has the ability to do it.
For testing purposes, people fit ships multiple times and sometimes it can be time consuming to make the same ship over and over if you have to do it half a dozen times with different fits. Does CCP have a command to clone items in your hangar that automatically makes a exact replica? If so that might help with fitting a lot of ships for testing, on top of AT and NEO practicing. |

you can just buy modules and load the fit into ship without moving modules one by one |

Well I know that, I was just trying to avoid getting into every single ship to fit it but suppose will have to stick with that for now. |

Your point is valid and this would be very very helpful. Yes you can fit ships from the fitting window, but you cannot automatically load mods into a ship from the fitting window (e.g. extra hardeners, damage control, damage mods, tracking mods, extra points) and many other things that you might want to have available to you for mid combat refitting. This would definately be a great addition. |

Yeah why not just seed the supers CCP. but dont give away free sp like you did with the titans, that was just a nightmare, and a half.
But seed Supers,
I know you guy's strive for fairness on the test server, faction, deadspace, officer mods to OP but in all seriousness if that's the case with supers, titans, etc you might as well just remove them, as your not really makeing, a players testing experiance any better by, limiting their resources and tools to create that ultimate ship for use on TQ.
Just my 2 cents ^^ |

The thing is...SiSi is not for doing that. It's for testing new game mechanics to make sure they're polished before they get pushed to TQ. If supers were seeded the combat systems would be full of them and cap blobbing would be even worse than it already is. |
