Planning on expanding my production ops in high sec. Occator is all good and well but not when it comes to hauling 500 000+m3 per week. And with the short time I spend online.. well I'm thinking of establishing recursive courier contracts at fair price.
Couldn't find or figure out an answer as to what would be the fair price for the hauling/courier services. So here goes.
The routes are from Jita, Amarr and Dodixie (may be Hek) to certain places in Sinq Laison. Route is high sec only. Max no of jumps - 15. From Amarr - 11-12 Jumps, Jita - 11-12 jumps, Dodixie - 5-6.
Volume 1 or 2 freight containers @ 250 000 m3. Maximum 2 conts. Collateral - max 1 bil for 2 conts, 500 mil for 1 cont. It will be set individually based on the current price of the hauled goods.
Thanks for the feedback.
PS I'm not a privateer or part of any f*cker corp like that. I just wanna do what brings me money and be of help to others while not wasting time and money for skills and equipment others have a better grasp of) |

I've tried "haulers" channel, but apart from 6 people present there i was getting just the same amount of reaction as I would get at a freaking cemetery
And "haulers channel" is as dead as a piece of raw steak |

Join RF Freight - chat channel - i think it is, red frog is a long time freighting service. Think they have a travel planner in there chat that will show cost. Something like 550k + x per jump. |

UPD: got an answer.
For those interested: 1. Usual pay per jump is 1 mil for 1 bil collateral. Rate goes up or down depending on the collateral. 2. No containers should be used.
As a mod in the channel i can only assume that you joined the incorrect channel as currently we go from a 150 upto 350 depending on the day / time of week :)
in terms of your points, the pay is upto you, its a free market channel its based on you pay more get it moved quicker :) i personally pay between 350k (sub 1m3 upto 1bill) - 500k for DST - 50mill jump for somet 25+bill jobs that have been done :)
The no containers is pretty standard for any hauler look at RFF comment above me :) , the reasoning is for their own safety, most full time haulers accept on a toon who doesn't haul it and then sub-contracts it to a new toon who does the haul, having a container stops the hauler from sub contracting or double wrapping,

For non-scam contracts I usually pay 0.5m/jump for a freighter load under a billion collateral.
Double that if it is time critical, triple or higher if it is urgent. Double again if the only highsec route goes through Uedama, Niarja or both. If collateral needs to be higher, I just add a bit on.
I don't post scam contracts at present, but when I did, I always paid *higher* for them. You want the scam contract to be taken fast as you want to be online when it is taken. Scam contracts *always* have a PLEX in them as pirate bait, as people love killmails with PLEX on them more than they love contracts with an equal value in other forms of compact wealth (such as BPOs or top end deadspace mods).
