If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support by filing a petition. however, i was able to log into game as follows: for mac users: open finder click on "applications" highlight "eve online" double tap and then select "show package contents" open the resources library then click on the eve online icon (with the 14.36 gb file). that should load the old log in screen. |

On Mac OS X you can run the client (cider) directly by running /Applications/EVE Online.app/Contents/Resources/EVE Online.app/Contents/MacOS/cider NOTE: this is not a supported use case, and is only to be used in extreme circumstances. |

EDIT: For the record, unable to use launcher but managed to get in with the bin .exe file. Good call. I can launch the game from bin\exefile.exe knowing this I will only have to use the launcher to update the game. The bitter vet in me hates that thing. The drop-down box has a weird zoom effect that messes with my OCD and seems to cause problems like this one here. |

I have tried the repair tool and it doesnt work. Uninstalled and downloaded the client again with all the same results |
