Plug the data into EVEMon. And find out.
If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

The kicker is that leadership has Charisma as the primary attribute. Using an attribute remap can have a significant impact on training time. Use EveMon as suggested above and consider training other Charisma skills you want at the same time.

Using three remaps the base time would be 56 days - but you can shave off a fair amount more depending on what you want to spend on implants.
Remap for and train Cybernetics first, add 2x +3s (Int+Mem) after level 1 then 2x +4s (Int+Mem) after level 4 then 3x +5s (Perc/Will/Char) when it's finished, remap for the leadership skills then remap again into Perc/Will for the ship skills.
Evemon doesn't like playing with changing the implants midway but this should save about a week for a pretty reasonable investment (and you have a really decent training clone ready at the end)
If you have more isk and want to save some more time you can play with cerebral accelerators available from the contracts which Evemon doesn't even begin to look at so I made a spreadsheet whilst weighing them up for an alt many moons ago
Using either a standard or prototype accelerator will save you about 10 days (also buying +3s, 4s and 5s as above)
If you're stupid(ly rich) then you can buy all three accelerators for a bargain 18b and start with an advanced, then a prototype then a standard and do the minimum training in a super rapid 40 days.
Whatever you choose I'd definitely recommend training Hull Upgrades and Mechanics V for any ORE ship pilot which you can quickly do before the first remap and also throw in some shield skills too. Don't be one of those Orca lossmails with a meta DCU fitted - or even worse, none at all! |

this some other skills to train on this remap for a mining booster are mining leadership skills(duh) and getting at least wing command 4 you can push this further into fleet command if you like
also the PI skills are good if you also want the alt to make some passive isk for you

use ISIS, and follow the mastery, for me it says 56 days, but im sure there are a few other skills that would help that aren't in the mastery, unfortunately my alt is not online so I cant do a skill check. check peoples ship fittings to see what equipment they are using to give yourself an idea of what you need just incase. |
