Is there a way to set up a corporate market?
That is to say, market orders (as in things that multiple people could fill in or sell/buy to/from slowly over a period of time, instead of all at once and with a specific number of items like with contracts) that only corp members can see and use?
Basically, could I set up a Corporate Buy Order for x amount of tritanium, and anyone IN THE CORP can fulfill it? |

That is an excellent suggestion.
I would love the ability to post items on the market in Uedama at a price below Jita, but restricted to my alliance members. (And by items, I mean ganking supplies)

If we could establish corp only or alliance only subsections of the market, people would use it, probably in big scale as it has the potential to give tactical advantages, especially in low sec and npc null (in sov null access is already limited by station control), but also in high sec, as you suggested yourself.
I assume this would lead to further entrenchment of the large trade hubs, the death of smaller trade hubs where demand was driven by corp/alliance demand and in the end casual players would find it much more difficult to buy stuff anywhere else but in Jita, Amarr, Dodixie and Hek (and maybe Rens).
P.S.: Besides, pecunia non olet. As a trader you shouldn't care who buys your stuff as long as the profit is good. And as a corp manager you have other means to support your corpbros with equipment.

An interesting idea. Yeah it would definitely be used for tactical advantage but in RW warfare it's possible to overrun an enemies supply cache. Perhaps it could be made so that if a station were taken over or even put into reenforced all those orders would suddenly become publicly available. That would make things interesting. |

I guess you could do it with contracts? Setup with a corporate contract of what you want and make it public. |

The problem me and my corp are facing is that we need to be able to allow our corp members to pitch in to big corp projects by throwing in materials, but we have no way to pay them for this as they do it. Contracts require set amounts of material, and if we make one big contract noone will be able to do it, and if we make a bunch of little ones it will be far too time consuming. Essentially, we need to be able to have members sell US their minerals, conveniently right at the home station, and still get paid market prices, so that the corp can use those materials and still get its members their rightful compensation. |

Then let THEM set up the contracts as they bring and sell back the ore to you/ your corp. Post daily updates of Jita medium prices in bulletins and have your guys follow those. Monitor accumulated quantities and cancel any orders going above those. Communication is the key. |
