I recently had the pleasure of returning to my homeland, Lok Umuk island on Matar. While doing the usual activities any visitor would be expected to do, such as of course lounging on the eastern beaches and walking through the gorgeous temperate rainforests of the island, I had the sincere pleasure of getting a chance to attend a performance by the Makubka Symphony Orchestra. While performances have in the past been rather sparse, things seem to be looking up for the orchestra, with performances of both contemporary and traditional tribal music being a common occurrence. Honestly, sitting in the grand outdoor theater on the outskirts of Dagaka City, surrounded by pure natural beauty, and listening to the sounds of what I consider to be the premier orchestra of Matar... it truly is a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend anybody in the area of Matar to take the time to catch one of these performances. Unfortunately it is difficult to find any recordings on GalNet, but they have released a couple of pieces, one of which is the bombastic Maelstrom Gate.

This is really, very good.
I look forward to attending a concert in the very near future.
Thank you for this.

You are very welcome, Mr. Zateki! The Makubka Symphony Orchestra may be a humble one, but I am of course a little biased towards it.

I very much enjoyed this recording. I too would like to attend one of the concerts, permitting our current wardec passes in time for the next one.
