I don't know what exactly you're looking for, or what your goals/intentions are. Therefore, since you're methods seem in-vain to even the lowest of achievers, I feel it's necessary considering my qualifications to comment on what you can expect.
I hope your expectations are slim to null, this is largely based upon my 6 years of recruiting and managing experience in multiple games. I have been a semi-professional player, managed two teams in competitive gaming, and recruited in EVE for minimal SP of 10M+ 50 player+ PVP corporations as of the last 12 months.
I do not intend on being your recruiter, unless you pay 25% more than what I was offered. Thought I do admire your dedication, and you willing to pay for the growth of your party. Of course, this could be a smart buisness investment if you're aiming for that. exploiting the incompetent is a sleazy move, yet an intelligent choice.
Anyway, when looking for a recruiter, you'll want someone with expirence, someone with connections, someone who's active, someone who cares, and someone who is competent in both social engineering and basic human interaction. This will be more costly than you may predict. I know many dedicated recruiters who don't get payed just by the numbers they bring in, but the monthly wage; which brings me to another point.
You don't want recruiters who value numbers they bring, but rather, WHO they bring. So many of these tiny corps fail because they bring in trailer trash. This is why connections are important. Your recruiter has a bud who quit a nullsec alliance bc of the bullshit? Maybe yoir recruiter wants to bring them in, oh ****, I get 15M for letting them join? **** that, cya.
The pay for a quality recruiter will be atleast 1B a month and a bonus for each member that joins and a 30 day retention rate bonus as well. Anything below is a pon. Who will sink with your ship, and your dreams of that corp.
Just trying to help you. I know many good guys who fail to see the importance of quality members. Corps who had incompetent children being their gatekeeper. What they failed to perceive is that was their bane; the real gatekeeper to the prosperity of their goals.
